Sitio pequeño, hay que reservar. Sólo tienen menú degustación, al menos el fin de semana. Cuatro entrantes a cual más bueno, entre ellas unas clochinas riquÃsimas y como plato fuerte un arroz meloso con bogavante que estaba parta chuparse los dedos. El postres, casero, riquÃsimo puso el punto final a un comida estupenda, regada con un buen vino.

Un domingo de fiestas por la noche decidimos ir a cenar a GatroTentacion unos cuantos amigos. La carta es cortita pero mas que interesante, pedimos las croquetas de boletus muy buenas, el crujiente de langostinos muy bueno. Ensaladilla de boqueron, calamar com romescu y unas albóndigas al curry espectaculares!!!! Con un postre, varios cafés, un par de aguas y varias cervezas salimos a menos de 18â¬, precio mas que ajustao para las cantidades y calidad que ofrecen

This oh so private door holds a wonderful restaurant within....terribly private very exclusive...it must be booked before you go, as when you arrive they are always amazed that some one has actually found them....inside the interior is cool and pleasant after the hot Spanish sun..the staff full of smiles and very very helpful....there is a menu , but we didnt bother, we just asked to be fed......if you get the opportunity, go as it is one of the best kept secrets in Valencia..

This is one of the finest restaurants in Vila-real both for meat and fish and the service is very attentive and efficient. The wine list is excellent and the overall experience outstanding.You just cannot go wrong at El Vasco!

How a BAD service and an arrogant attitude can destroy a wonderfull day. The MAITRE was so unpleasant that is dificult to evaluate other aspects of the dinner. FOOD 2 points, PLACE 1 points, SERVICE 0 points.

How the hell such a good restaurant got the name like that? It had nothing to do with German cooking. It's a pure heart of midterranian quisine. It must be some kind of witness protection program, which aims to hide good food away of strangers. And the food is delicious. Perfectly grilled vegetables as a companion for softly fried squid with a little taste of olive, basil and lemon puts me into food heaven. Specially after hard working day in, I must admit, ugly city.

PodrÃa hablar de los precios excesivos, de lo que tardan en servir o de que la atención es bastante deficiente, pero eso no es lo peor de todo. Lo indignante es que nos cobraron dos âservicios de panâ cuando no habÃamos tomado pan, y al ir a reclamar nos informaron de que eso era âservicio de camareroâ, unos dos euros por persona. No sé si la camarera quiso evitar rectificar el ticket y nos mintió o si tienen la poca vergüenza de cobrar realmente el servicio de camarero y encima llamarlo servicio de pan, pero en cualquiera de esos casos han perdido unos clientes. Una lástima que un sitio donde se come bien haya acabado asÃ, parece mentira que Pepa esté detrás de todo esto.

Valencian paella here is the real deal--cooked over a wood fire, the meats and vegetables flavorful and juicy. I have eaten a lot of paella, this was the best.House red wine, appetizers and desserts were very good (the calamari a la plancha especially) but the paella steals the show.

Eating at Quesomentero was a complete new experience for the senses. Being cheese connoisseurs we expected a variety of great cheeses (which we got), but the staff was able to surprise us with completely new flavors and textures that we had never tried. They elaborate personalized cheese platters after an extensive -and friendly- interview on one's tastes and personality. And guess what, platters matched completely what we wanted, while also getting one of the most pleasant dinners ever. Very reasonable prices and a huge variety of choices -albeit organized in a clearly readable way- make Quesemontero the perfect place for any kind of cheeselover.Staff is super friendly and attentive. Nice offer: 0.9⬠glass of wine on Thursdays.Enjoy!
