I really enjoy the Bodega del Abuelo because it provides a great alternative to eat in the weekends- You get to leave Tarija, travel to the beautiful Valle, full of vines, and receive very friendly service from the ownes and good food at an old home. If you visit, after lunch, ask to be shown the older section of the home or the hotel area.

A place specialized in steak, one of the best ones in Tarija, the meat was thick and evenly cooked keeping the color of the meat, the taste was wonderful and the meat was tender. They offer a salad bar with 8 different options for salads and they also have rice and some potatoes. Definitely a place to try in Tarija if you love to eat meat.
