Occasional visits. Food has become mediocre, and extremely slow/poor service.Tonight's order will be my last.I took my bistec tacos home and my first bite contained a METAL PIECE OF WIRE THAT PUNCTURED MY GUM. Unacceptable to say the least. At first, I thought it was a staple or needle, but I've come to determine that it was a metal bristle from a cleaning brush, probably used to clean the stop top or grill. Though the experience of this was painful and shocked that it could've been worse, rather than waste my time with legal actions, it warranted a hasty review on every review site I can find online. My first call to speak to a manager ended up with a woman who couldn't speak English, trying to tell me there was no manager and no name to give. Then I was told by another lady the Manager's name is "Abellos" and that he wasn't around. Don't risk injuring yourself. Go to Bar Taco or even try Hubba's (Hubba Hubba) in Port Chester.

We had a Groupon that included a shared appetizer and 2 entrees. We started off with 2 very generous and reasonably priced glasses of Argentinian Malbec/Cabernet...decent. For shared appetizer we had the Mixed Fish Ceviche . It was outstanding! And included one large oyster, 2 large shrimp, calamari, tilapia and wonderful Peruvian corn, both steamed and roasted. I loved the roasted and my husband liked the steamed. For entrees we had the Surf 'n Turf...skirt steak and shrimp, very good with a side of yellow rice with carrots and peas, and I had the grilled chicken and a mixed salad. Unfortunately, I failed to question the dressing, as I would have preferred oil and lemon. It came dressed with a vinaigrette that was way too sweet for my taste buds. Our waitress, who appeared to be the only one on duty, and who was bartender as well, was attentive, charming, efficient (and gorgeous to boot). All in all, we had a good time and plan to return this weekend with some family. For me, the appetizer (Ceviche) will be my entree; more than enough, and so fresh and good.

Cozy and eclectic mediterranean restaurant with outdoor sitting during summer. Our menu revolves around great Italian, Spanish and Greek food with some vegetarian options and plenty of seafood.
This was our first visit to Capers. Some friends had gone before and gave it mediocre review - pretty good food with high prices. For us, it was near perfect. We had the Greek salad to start which was OK. The Bronzino and the Skirt Steak were great. Both were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The chocolate mousse was velvety. Service was very good.

The service was good, but would have been much better if I spoke Spanish. The food was good, filling and exactly as described. One side note, the music that was pleasantly in the back ground was all classic rock, but versions, by the original recording artist, that I had never heard before. I was very surprised and more then a little pleased. Tip, bring change for the meter or park in the nearby public free parking lot

We have been to Panca four times in the last three months.Obviously, we really like it. The food is exceptionally tasty and prepared to order. The service is professional, friendly and helpful. Ask for recommendations and tell them what you like. I strongly recommend the ceviche Mixto, the best Iâve had and a very large portion. A good appetizer for two or an entrée after an appetizer. The Jalea is the best combination fried seafood anywhere. Calamari, shrimp, whitefish, mussels and crabs. Fabulous. My wife enjoys the whole Peruvian roast chicken served with lots of vegetables. The patrons are usually South and Central Americans, a testament to the food.

It's a good indication of a restaurant's popularity when it expands into the space next door. I was afraid that expansion would dilute the GREAT food and service I've come to expect, but the place has gotten even better. We went for a late dinner a few nights ago, and were greeted personally by one of the owners. Our waitress was friendly and helpful, and the entire staff was efficient. The restaurant is spotless, and the open kitchen means there are no secrets. The food was, as usual, amazing. This is definitely one of our favorite places to eat.

Since Rafael PalominoâSonoraâs Executive Chef and Proprietorâopened the doors to this, his flagship Latin-fusion restaurant, he has received accolades from a broad customer base, including an âExcellentâ from the New York Times. This creative, Colombian-b
We were a party of 5 celebrating my momâs birthday. It took over 20 minutes for us to get our drinks including our water. Ask for sparkling water were told they ran out of Pellegrino âOkâ minutes later I see them pouring some on the table next to us. Food is was great. Everybody loved what they order. Meat was cooked to perfection. My daughter asked for a side of Plantains not only it came when it was time to order dessert but at the bottom of the little basket was a fried calamari. Thank God she has no shellfish allergies. They should be more careful. The waiter was MIA the whole time and not very friendly or attentive at all. It was just horrible service. Actually the buss boy took better care of us. The only reason they getting 2 stars is for how delicious the food was.
