Went here with friends this week while on a canal holiday. We didnât book a table but probably should have because we ended up inside instead of being able to sit on their lovely terrace. The food was delicious, we had various lovely meals including salmon, steak and duck. It was really good value. It is on the edge of Homps and right beside the canal. Iâd definitely recommend this if youâre in Homps but book a table.

Ideally situated between medieval city and the heart of the lower town, Pas Sage camped at the bedside of the ramparts of Carcassonne, in one of the oldest and most picturesque neighborhoods ville.Ancien passage between two streets, you have to cross to d
Restaurant staff were friendly and inviting and food was great. This was one of the only places around that you could just have a drink and soak up the great atmosphere. Food is reasonably priced and was always busy when we were in or just passed by. Well worth a visit if you are staying over that side of town.

We walked from Carcassonne marina (1.5 miles) to this restaurant which is in an unlikely and unattractive setting. But, on entering the garden and meeting the staff were immediately enchanted with it. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was delicious, we had lamb and mixed fish dishes, followed by cheese selection and then a sweet. The house red and white wines were both pleasant. When the temperature dropped slightly the staff were generous with blankets for any who needed them and our overall experience was wonderful. All at a surprisingly low price.Highly recommended!

the tapas choice is unique, unusual and great at the same time, service warm and prompt, the place seems busy at all hours, booking a table is advised, thoroughly enjoyed and recommend the experience

Spotted this just off the main road in Trebes. The restaurant itself is through a large arch where there is plenty of parking. Tables available under the shady trees or inside. Many locals having lunch when we were there. Menu du midi was good. Starter was a buffet volonte with lots of choice. Pizzas were lovely and thin. Nothing was too much trouble. Card machine did not work when I was there so take cash as well!!

Ok, so our last night in Trebes and we decided on this place. The owner was in and he spoke good English, just as well as our French was non existent. The first bottle of wine came which was from there family vineyard (he is the fifth generation owner) and it was great. The first round of tapas came, all 5 dishes for four of us and it was WOW, so wow that we ordered another five and a bit more wine. Great evening never to be forgotten, great vibe and the staff are passionate about the work, highly recommend.
