Very nice place with a beautiful sunset view on the bay and good food. Nice menu with seafood, including squid cooked in all different ways. Polite staff and good service. Nothing very exceptional but decent.

Restaurant Tapas
I lived in Washington DC, where tapas are trendy cute little plates to share while drinking wine and talking in trendy little wine bars. Here, there is drinking and talking but with real Catalonian food, large plates of claims, ham, shrimp, etc. Wine of course, it is still in France. But wine to drink, not to look at the label and act superior because the wine is expensive. (Sorry, that always bugs me about some US places. I'll get off my soapbox.)I suspect most of the patrons are regulars and they and the staff know each other. The staff doesn't speak English because this really isn't an English or American tourist town. But the staff is great and we communicated without real problems, in part because we looked at the plates on the next table and they were regulars and indicated the ones that we had to try. (Good old point and grunt often works if you smile a lot.). One of the four plates was a little salty for my taste but then I try to avoid salt so maybe my taste was off. We probably should have ordered only three plates but they all looked so good! Dessert was great. This place is more of an adventure than a tourist restaurant so if easy is your goal, don't go. But if you want to experience one of the great local restaurants and try tapas from Catalan, go for it!

Shared a traditional mixed paella.Prawns, squid, chorizo sausage etc.Served lovely and hot in the pan.A lovely white sangria. The restaurant has a very varied menu, including tapas, and ala carte. There is a garden restaurant for warm weather, and an enclosed section part. The theme of the restaurant is traditional Spanish bullfighters. The lighting in the garden terrace restaurant really adds to the ambiance, which is a constant changing colours, theme.Quite an exciting place to visit, and look forward to sampling more of the extensive menu.Booking is essential. My wife and I visited on Good Friday 14 04 2017.The restaurant was full.
