My husband and I are in search of a Peruvian restaurant in Queens that has both great food and attentive customer service. Our search continues after visiting this small, restaurant in Forest Hills, Queens. My husband reports that the rotisserie chicken was moist and flavorful; the portion was smaller than we are accustomed to. The yellow rice and beans were yummy especially when the green spicy sauce was drizzled over them.Tostones were crisp and satisfying, accompined by a lemony, slightly spicy dipping sauce. I was disspaionted with the ceviche mixto; the portion was small and there were too many red onions and not enough fish. Oh and service was OK, I mention this because others have reported subpar service and customer service impacts my diniing experience.

A small tapas restaurant. While the entrees are very good, I prefer to order multiple different tapas to share with my tablemates - so many different flavors to taste. Great presentation. The staff is friendly and even strangers at the bar share tastes. We've come many times.

Was very impressed how good the good was. My daughter had the chicaron de pollo and she usually doesn't eat that but she loved it. Very friendly and attentive staff. Very clean and nice environment inside. Food is great. Only complaint is they only take cash

I ordered the 1/2 Peruvian Style chicken with yellow rice and black beans to go from the counter. Service was super fast but the chicken - compared with other Peruvian Style chicken I've had at other locations - was merely passable. It wasn't particularly juicy or flavourful - and the white meat was actually pretty dry , the rice was rather gummy and the beans were swimming in water -straight from the can? You can't really complain when a passable dinner is only about 10$ - but maybe for 15$ they could have done something to make you WANT to come back? It seemed like there was no effort coming from the kitchen - make something halfway decent and maybe they'll come back since there aren't that many other options in the immediate area - seemed the philosophy. In fact there ARE other options so they need to get their game up .

My entire dining experience was fantastic! The ambiance to the excellent customer service & scrumptious food I must say this restaurant is A1. Our server Diego was truly the personification of class & professionalism, nothing was to big a task and his dining choices were on point! I had the red snapper which was nothing short of delicious along with the turmeric rice and black beans, I also tried the steak which was . Would I return definitely, would I recommend ABSOLUTELY!!
