I stopped by Pollo Tropical with a business associate for a quick lunch. The food is very reasonably priced. I had a half chicken, with two sides and a drink. He enjoyed their Chicken Tropichops special, with chicken pieces, rice and beans and a drink. The total for both our meals came to $19.01, including tax.My friend said his meal was very good. It was large enough that he took a portion back to work with him to enjoy later. My chicken was excellent. I had specifically asked the cashier to relay to the back that I wanted to avoid a dried out chicken. I wanted my chicken fresh off the grill. They seem to have obliged. I recommend that you make the same request; fresh rather than pre-cooked chicken.I had cole slaw and macaroni & cheese as my sides. The cole slaw was quite good. The mac & cheese was a bit too buttery for my taste. They have a very nicely stocked condiment section, where I was able to choose a tasty bar-b-que sauce for my chicken. The staff speaks Spanish as its primary language. But, placing an order in English presented no problems. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, service was fast and prices were reasonable. A manager came to our table to ask us if everything was OK. That was a nice, personal touch.I recommend Pollo Tropical at this location.

Slow service but amazing Latin food!!!After dining in and waiting over an hour for Croquetas, Cuban sandwiches, and Papa Rellenaâs for four guests, itâs so much easier and faster to order from their side window. One of my favorite spots to visit when Iâm in town!! Donât forget to get some Cuban Coffee

I can still remember, twenty, thirty years ago when my parents visited the U.S. and wanted to go to Morro Castle for a Cuban Specialty called FRITAS.A VERY spicy hamburger with tinny, thin French-Fries under the bread. Delicious!!!NO MORE!!!The Fritas today are like old tasting meat, with lots and lots of Paprika. The restaurant is somewhat dilapidated, the servers work from inertia, and the clientele is... Well, some things are better left unsaid.I remember it in its golden years, it looks and feels like it's deceased!!Too bad some people don't know when it's best to close.

It is a very family friendly place, the food is awesome they have a variety of different dishes but my favorite is their Cuban pizza it is the best I have ever had. The owner is always going around the tables asking the customers if everything is ok, asking how the food is if they need anything else, the waitresses are very attentive. I have become a regular customer here and recommend it to everyone I know.

I was in a meeting a few blocks away, and passing by, the name caught my attention, and decided to try something different for lunch, right next to another good restaurant I visited a year ago, the Caribe....in a nutshell, lets say it was a very good surprise. The servers were excellent, good and attentive, food was superb, I had the octupus or pulpo a la gallega for starters and later we had a very nice rice with sea food....a nice glass of sangria and water....by the way, the water was free!!!! cannot understand the comment of FantasyD....all in all the price was reasonable for the taste and portions served compared to other places in Miami....if you are in the area, try it....it is well worth it....and by the way, there was a very nice pianist playing in the hall....people were eating and drinking and music was excellent...

When you see the location of this restaurant from the outside, you cannot imagine that this attractive restaurant is sitting right inside. It looks like a small plaza but, when you go inside, you are pleasantly surprised by this quant place. The lights are slightly dimmed, just perfect for privacy or a romantic dinner. I love that there is a separate section, aside from the main dining area, that looks to be an addition - sort of like an enclosed patio. I cannot say that their service was not great. Actually, the waitress was very on top of things, even though she was new. As for the most important part - the food - it was really good and appetizing. We have been to this restaurant a couple of times before and loved it, but we leave it for special occasions, as the tab is not cheap.Hi Roadtripist, thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We'll share your kind words with our staff - it will make their day! Thank you for being a loyal customer and we look forward to serving you time and time again!

BULLA: [boo-ya]- the ability to create a stir; slang for chatter and what everyone is talking about. Simply put, a fun, casual gathering place inspired by the most popular tapas-style restaurants in Spain. Bulla's architecture was designed by New York-bas
Had dinner here while in the neighborhood. Wanted to give their spice menu a try. Ultimately didnât do the spice menu...chose a selection of five tapas to share with my husband. The tuna was the standout. Otherwise, the food was average. The croquetas a bit off, texture-wise. Nothing special. Wonât be back.JulieMiami,Thank you for your visit and your kind feedback. Peruvians know how to eat well, and being Peruvian myself, I am very demanding when eating out.To me, good true Peruvian food is hard to find in Miami but El Pollo Inka is the best. They have the most delicious food cooked the traditional way and with true Peruvian ingredients. Food is fresh and super tasty, it reminds me of home. They not only serve Pollo a la Brasa but they have a complete Peruvian Menu including out of this world desserts. To start I recommend the Ceviche de Pescado Clasico of course, then you have to try Tallarines a la Huancaina with Lomo Saltado, and for dessert the homemade Chocolate Cake with Lucuma icecream. OMG! My mouth waters just thinking about it. Portions are very generous and they offer excellent service. So next time you crave true Peruvian Food give El Pollo Inka a try, you will not regret it!!!! Yumm!!!!Wow Carola..! Thank you so much for taking the time to give us such a great and detailed review, nothing excites our team more than reading an awesome review like yours. On behalf of all our employees THANK YOU!!!

We went for dinner, at the recommendation of our hotel, and were delighted with our food. We had a few concerns at first, being that we do not speak spanish and that the person taking our drink orders clearly struggled to understand us. We had a different server come to take our order, one who understood us much better, and despite our language differences guided us towards some fantastic menu options. She took very good care of our dining needs. We would definitely go back!Melissa, we're thrilled you found us and everything worked out! You're always welcome to come back for more when you're in town. Thanks for sharing the love! Warmly,La Esquina Del Lechon Management Team

I should have taken a picture but it looked so good and tasted even better. My husband and I got different plates so we could share and this is the best way to taste a little bit of everything. He got the puertorican breakfast and I got the bistec a caballo. His came with mofongo and mines with steak. They both came with eggs, mines with fries and his with bacon. We shared everything!! It was as delicious as it looked. I love coming here because at night it is very lively but sometimes you are really hungry and want to eat a hearty, flavorful breakfast and THIS IS IT.. Hidden Gem in Hialeah off of the palmetto.. For 20 dollars we had an amazing brunch.. The next time I come back i will update with pictures to do this review justice. One thing though.. Our waitress was not around and we asked another waitress for water.. We almost choked and she gave her tables water and not us.. *owners take note*.. This is not a waitress that represents your wonderful restaurant.
