We ate here with my family. The kids had the pizza which was good. But we had the calamari and the paella. The calamari was a deep fried mess with a tartar-ish source, something you might expect from a mediocre fish and chips shop. The seafood paella was without any taste - one of the worst Iâve had in years. The salad we had was fine. Service was just ok - our main was offered before the appetiser. Of course the space is airy and comfortable. We wonât be back but if you have to eat here, Iâd stick to the pizza. Hi 'vactionerAmserdam',Thanks for visiting us up here at Healesville, we're glad to hear that you and the kids enjoyed our Pizza, and our restaurant space - we aim to offer a fun, casual and premium experience to all our guests. I'm sorry to head you didn't enjoy the Calamari or Paella - we usually receive great feedback regarding both our food and service, so will be sure to check in with our staff on any issues. Cafe in Healesville serving Breakfast and lunch with a Spanish touch
Tried the new cafe for motherâs dAy breaky, was surprised to pay $27 for a âbig breakyâ which came with half a chorizo, ONE piece of toast, one egg and one piece of bacon!!! Well over priced for what you get. Was nice food, but not enough for a BlokeHi There, thank you for taking the time to review my cafe. I'm sorry you felt your experience wasn't satisfactory, definitely not the aim! Our big brekky consists of sourdough toast with 2 eggs, 2 rashers of bacon, chorizo, hash, tomato and mushrooms if you didn't receive this I would have loved to have been made aware as I would have done something immediately! I would love the opportunity to have you back in the cafe to make up for your less than satisfactory experience. You can email me at [email protected] or come in and and I will look after you... Michele.
