Très bon accueil du patron un peu réservé au début mais ensuite le long du service très sympa, la carte de produits locaux le queso aux fruits rouges (fraises) super bon, la salade composée préparée au moment est très appréciable et les pommes de terre cuite avec la peau et la sauce rouge parfaite, les prix plus que raisonnable et très abordable, le café expresso très bon gout surtout avec un dessert aux fruits rouges (crumble), rien à dire tout été parfait la salle n'est pas très grande mais largement suffisante pour le patron qui assure un service à lui tout seul, dommage d'avoir connu trop tard cet établissement pendant notre semaine car nous prenions l'avion en fin d'après-midi pour la France, nous reviendrons avec plaisir la prochaine fois...

On the main street, this bar is a little past the tourist information centre towards the bend. Its clean and the owner is very friendly. You are able to sit outside but it is close to the road though that didn't stop us watching the world go by as we drank wonderful baraquitos. In the evening the owner ordered a taxi back to the hotel and as we left passed us some sweets. All in all a wonderful place, very clean with friendly people

We stopped for lunch 28/08/17 on a very hot day whilst driving around the south of La Palma. The spot is nice, a little rustic. The food was ok..she had the prawns & I the fish croquettes & we shared a tuna salad, with bread & soft drinks bill â¬24 so a pretty cheap meal for 2. Service was excellent & friendly &awe would be happy to return.

Tout est frais. En entrée, nous avons pris le fromage grillé au chutney de pommes et une assiette de jambon et fromage de pays... très très copieux. Cabillaud super. Steak de porc poivre excellent. Bon vin de la cave voisine.

Bigger menu than the other kioscos, but still good. Fish was fresh, bit too long on the grill though. Nice view overlooking the little bay, mainly packed with locals. When crowded longer waiting times can be expected, but who cares...

This restaurant was included with our stay at the Colon apartments. The view is splendid. The staff were great and although they spoke limited English there were no communication issues. The waitress was charming. Fresh fish, starters of fresh vegetables and seafood. Tender, perfectly cooked beef. Fabulous puddings. A chef with a great palate. Food beautifully presented. Highly recommended.

Since our recommended restaurant was closed we asked local people about another one opened. Starter served already makes me worry â bread with garlic butter, well that is the point â instead of butter some awful margarine was served. We have ordered goat stew with canaries potatoes, and two types of fish â Dorada and Vieja-some local fish. Both fish were at most average, bit tasteless, goat stew , highly recommends by waiter was tasty ,but very fat. Almost half of portion was a waste, bones, fat and some uneatable parts of a goat. You can fill your stomach there but do not expect anything extraordinary.

Playa Zamora was the nearest beach to our hotel and we were pleasantly surprised to find this lovely kiosk there. We enjoyed a drink overlooking the beach, and there was plenty of shade if required. We didn't eat but the food looked good, plenty of people were eating, and we commented on the fabulous location for lunch. Friendly barman and good value.

A very tasty meal in a lovely location. Good choice of dishes on the menu. Helpful & friendly service. Reasonably priced. There is a cafe upstairs which is cheaper & the restaurant downstairs inside & out. Probably best to make a reservation as it appears to be very popular. We chose to sit outside in the sunshine. I particularly enjoyed the meal after walking down from Los Canarios.

A group of 4 friends visited for a birthday meal. We were greeted nicely and service seemed friendly and efficient. The food was well cooked and presented but on checking the bill later against the menu prices we found that every item had been overcharged! We blame the waiter, not the restaurant for this blatant dishonesty but would not returnEstimado jonmagteg:No entendemos que pudo suceder, los precios están claramente especificados en la carta, las tapas tienen un precio y las raciones otra.No obstante le pedimos mil disculpas si se sintió engañado, no aseguro que no es nuestra intención.Saludos desde Fuencaliente.
