Serving Miami the best Colombian cuisine since 1974
I had a Chuleta Caleña with rice and tostones, delicious! The tostones were a bit cold but that fact was irrelevant after tasting the chuleta, the flavor was impressive. The service was great. The servers were all very attentive and nice. The prices were very reasonable and the portions of very decent sized (I shared with my mother, both of us were satisfied). This place came highly recommended, I now know why that is!

We purchased a groupon not sure if the price was going to be worth the quality. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the meal and the excellent service. The meal was delicious and made to perfection. From our waiter, Yunior, the bartender, Ernie, and Vanessa the hostess were extremely attentive and courteous. My hat goes off to Robert, the Chef. Excellent appetizers and meal! We will be back!

The place is a specialty market very well suited. Itâs kind of a Argentine restaurant, bakery, and market at the same time. Food is lovely and service is nice. Itâs convenient for any moment of the day as they have a good variety of things to enjoy. This time we decided to go with meat which was very tasteful and Cocked perfectly. Thanks for coming and we look forward to your next visit!

I should have taken a picture but it looked so good and tasted even better. My husband and I got different plates so we could share and this is the best way to taste a little bit of everything. He got the puertorican breakfast and I got the bistec a caballo. His came with mofongo and mines with steak. They both came with eggs, mines with fries and his with bacon. We shared everything!! It was as delicious as it looked. I love coming here because at night it is very lively but sometimes you are really hungry and want to eat a hearty, flavorful breakfast and THIS IS IT.. Hidden Gem in Hialeah off of the palmetto.. For 20 dollars we had an amazing brunch.. The next time I come back i will update with pictures to do this review justice. One thing though.. Our waitress was not around and we asked another waitress for water.. We almost choked and she gave her tables water and not us.. *owners take note*.. This is not a waitress that represents your wonderful restaurant.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident. The ambience is great. The drinks were fantastic. The appetizers and entree -superb. The fried octopus was to die for. The snapper had a distinctive flavor and was very rich in taste. I do not eat meat but even my friend's steak was very tempting. Will definitely return. Had dinner here while in the neighborhood. Wanted to give their spice menu a try. Ultimately didnât do the spice menu...chose a selection of five tapas to share with my husband. The tuna was the standout. Otherwise, the food was average. The croquetas a bit off, texture-wise. Nothing special. Wonât be back.JulieMiami,Thank you for your visit and your kind feedback. We went for dinner, at the recommendation of our hotel, and were delighted with our food. We had a few concerns at first, being that we do not speak spanish and that the person taking our drink orders clearly struggled to understand us. We had a different server come to take our order, one who understood us much better, and despite our language differences guided us towards some fantastic menu options. She took very good care of our dining needs. We would definitely go back!Melissa, we're thrilled you found us and everything worked out! You're always welcome to come back for more when you're in town. Thanks for sharing the love! Warmly,La Esquina Del Lechon Management Team

I saw this restaurant was #8 of 3000+ restaurants in Miami. I expected an outstanding experience. It was in a run down shopping center. As I walked in I noticed how dingy and unexciting the interior is, think old diner furniture. I actually got more excited because if itâs this unimpressive so far and #8, the food must be out of this world. Lots of fish on the menu but Iâm not a big fan. I almost got up and left before ordering but decided to stay to see if it was as good as everyone thought it was. I ordered a quarter of a roasted chicken with two sides, French fries and pinto beans. As it arrived all 3 items were piled on an oval plate. I looked at it as my expectations died. Ho hum French fries, a breast and wing of average tasting chicken, and a bowl of pinto bean soup with about 15-20 pinto beans. Very disappointed. Looking back I realized many of the reviews praised the wait staff. They are very attractive and friendly but that doesnât make the food taste good. Usually, Travelocity is on the Mark with their ratings,. Not this time.
