A MESA SEAFOOD + TAPAS BAR is a two-themed venue that offers the fresh bounty of the sea in its Seafood Restaurant, and a mouthwatering menu of Spanish fare in the Tapas Bar. Located near J Park Resort, A Mesa offers a carefully selected wine list as well
I went to A Mesa Tapas Bar last Friday and I was surprised that they were offering 1+1 on all alcoholic deinks for their ladies night! I was so happy since their wine and beer options are well known to be super good. The owner knows so much about wines, and the beers they serve are local yet award winning beers. Must try with their steak

Don't be mislead by the down-to-earth looks of the place: food is consistently good and abundant, and the place is as neat and clean as it gets around there. It's a local favorite place for lunch, with many dive instructors and other long-time residents being counted as regulars. Decoration and lighting might not make it your dream place for dinner, but it also draws regular crowds in the evening. After much shopping around for a decent lunch place near my dive center (I come regularly to Moalboal for my dive courses) this is my place of choice. Great tuna steak and salads, chicken and fish dishes are very good too. Recommended.

Beautiful restaurant, relaxed atmosphere and amazing good value food. We ordered a fish dish which unfortunately was delayed but the staff coped with this really well and offered us free starters to make up for the wait as well as wine. The food was amazing and the staff are all very attentive and good at their jobs. Would highly recommend

The Place:-An old house turned into a restaurant-decoration was insta-worthy-ambient light really set a relaxing mood-very clean and cozy place-great for families and couplesThe Food:We only had 3 entrees so, I'm going to base my review off of that.Callos- good for 2 people, the serving would be just right if you're not hungry. It lacked a little bit of flavor but the chorizo that was in it was amazing.Mahi-mahi- serves 2 - it had tomato sauce in it. I don't know what they put in there but we tasted wine, or maybe it was the olives. It was definitely something we haven't tried. The fish was soft and tasted great, though. EnsaladillaRusa, Scallops- this dish was amazing. It's got sour dough as the base. I tasted potatoes and some garlic cheese. I'll definitely order it again.Price range:A little pricey, considering the serving.A cup of rice costs php45-50.Choices:There weren't a lot of food choices, really. They have a variety of wine and drinks.I'll post a photo of their menu and what we ordered.Lami pero kulang.
