We have a really great lunch here for about 20 business colleagues and the food was excellent, the service friendly and efficient, the prices very reasonable and we were well entertained by the chef and owner who is a really feisty character, but full of fun.

This restaurant has an open area on the street, very pleasant, you can also have lunch indoors. It was good except for the very last minute when the waitress brought the desserts while we were still eating the second course, we saw no reason for such a rush, it was a pity, other than that it was very good and we enjoyed the meal.

Mid-week a set menu at midday is excellent value at â¬13'50. Even if you're not a cider drinker, it has to be tried at least.Very pleasant staff and atmosphere.Acoustics make it a little noisy.

The restaurant is located in Martorell, not Barcelona. We had the steak filet and a vegeterian paeja, both were very good. That plus a salad and drinks costed 46â¬. The waiter was friendly and helpful, although he didn't speak english. Thank you for your opinion!

We came in very spontaneously and still found a table though it was crowded.Had some really good finger food at the bar and local beer. For main course I had some sausages and fish - really great! Also the bar is well equipped. My favourites: Brugal rum and Don Julio tequila.

A very nice place I had the chance to visit at lunch time. They are lots of demigod rent dishes and also different complete you can eat.We ate one of the meal proposed and selected a variety of fish and a desert. The whole meal was delicious and the service very professional. Above all, I appreciated the fact that the restaurant is split in different area allowing to be in a quite room if needed.Dear Kalmec, thank you for sharing a Cal Pupinet review in Tripadvisor. We appreciate your opinion.Thank you very much.

We went here on a recent business trip. We had a lovely 3 course meal including wine for EU12.50.Our spanish wasn't quite up to the spoken menu, so we ended up with just the items we vaguely recognised. But, we were more than happy with the quality of what arrived out of the kitchen.Friendly and efficient service. Very busy at lunch, so book if you can.Dear Tyke0101,Sorry for taking so long in getting back to you, we are still new in this digital era.Thank you very much for your review, we much appreciate our customers feedback. We love to receive customers from other countries as it is a great opportunity for us to show our cuisine and local products.Best regards,

Traditional family restaurant with over 100 years of history. Pampering at 100% of the product in conjunction with a nearby winery making wines themselves Summer terrace
The food was good when it finally arrived, but I just can't get over the fact that three of us ordered three starters (not to share), and they came out at 20 minute intervals without a word of explanation or apology. An hour before the main dishes appeared.

We were on our way from Madrid to Cadaques and found this restaurant at Trip Advisor. The location, although very convenient, is not the best. But the food and service were outstanding.

We came for dinner (they have a whole separate menu for lunch). At first, everything started well. They were really nice and tried to find a nice table for all of us. The restaurant is well decorated, very hipster style, so we had great expectations. Then the food came: the fries were undercooked, the brandada (good by the way) was cold, the cheddar sauce was not heated, the quantites were ridiculous for some dishes given the prices in Barcelona standards! The bread came in a paper bag and the burgers in a 'MacDo' type of contenant 'for a stylish presentation': what a waste when the whole planet is trying to reduce its waste right now! Then we had to pay. We wanted to pay separately what we had ordered but they say it was not possible (while it is possible anywhere else we had been to in Barcelona!). I am still not sure why. In conclusion: a good presentation of restaurant and plate does not mean good cuisine: they could do much better.
