I started the evening here with a media ración of chiperones, and a glass each of Godello, then an Albariño. Wish I'd stayed for more, as it was a good atmosphere, once service, and the dish, the bread and both wines were excellent. Good value too. I'd go back next time, as many people seemed very happy with a variety of dishes. Families - as usual in Spain - seemed very happy here.

In a venn diagram of the foodie world's desires, Cambados is almost unique in being both a fishing port landing fabulous fish and shellfish, and the center of Albariño wine production. So it would seem perverse to come to Cambados for a burger. But should you find yourself in need of a homemade burger whilst visiting Cambados, then the Bogart Cafe is where you should go.Burgers are made from good quality ground beef, cooked to order, as are the fries. It's tasty, copious, great value for money, and as befitting a wine town, you can even have some decent wine with your meal. Friendly welcome, even with my poor Spanish which just about seemed adequate to communicate.A little bit out of town, next to the parking lot for Mercadonna supermarket. Thanks for your opinion! We work everyday for improve the quality of our meal. If you return to Cambados we hope that you will repeat the experience of eating a delicious beef burguer. Esperamos su regreso. Un saludo

Situated right next to the Parador at Cambados, this restaurant is close to the seafront. The owner is a friendly character who had us in fits of laughter, firstly naming the lobsters we had selected from the tank and then "crying" over his "departed friends" when they were served to us. A range of fresh (not frozen) fish is on display each day along with other dishes and tapas. Doesn't have the rather crowded, frantic feel of the many other restaurants in the town. Worth a visit.

A de Luis is a family restaurant, combining traditional Galician cuisine with contemporary touches. We put mime and passion in our work so that the clients feel at home.
A pleasant stroll led us to A de Luis. We did not have reservations but were welcomed to an outdoor table. Service was excellent and the food very good. Highly recommend this restaurant to visitors to Cambados.

On our second night in Cambados we both fancied meat for dinner. We had been in Galicia for several days and had fish on all of them.Taberna do Trasno...as well as having good seafood options...also seemed to do more meat options than other places. It's a smart looking restaurant and we sat outside on one of the nice benches, and enjoyed watching the world go by.The service was good and friendly, but their English wasn't great. However we were happy with this, as it forced us to try our Spanish, which we had been a bit lazy about! We shared a mixture of croquettes to start which were lovely. We both had pork for main course and enjoyed it. My chop was cooked slightly underdone...so be aware of that. But we had a very enjoyable meal here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our grand tasting menu with wine at Yayo Daporta. The decor was modern cool. The presentations were beautiful and the food tasted as good as it looked. Our favorite courses were the first one with the clams, oyster and cockles -- each tasted fabulous just from the sea, then the second with the taste of the sea was an interesting presentation and was delicious. The pulpo was great and very tender, the squid ink cuttlefish was beautiful and delicious. For not being huge beef fans the beef was spectacular! The 2nd desert course with chocolates and coffee ice and foam were delectable. We had the 5 glass wine pairing 4 of which were white to accompany the seafood -- all were very good and went well with the food. The servers were very knowledgable of the wine and food which made it more interesting. The chef came by our table. A great time with fabulous service and food. The total was around 200 euros...which compared to US prices for the same quality meal and atmosphere is very reasonable. Final note - even though we had the wine pairings, we thought it was intriguing that the "wine list" entailed making a visits to the wine collection.
