We arrived at 514pm on Saturday night and wait was only 15 min. Seated next to the kitchen waste area. Lovely. Food was bland and unappealing. Barely warm. Server would flit in and ask a question then disappear. No real interest in service. Rest room was disgustingly dirty. Manager was chatting with the employees in the back but not interested in the restaurant. Server would clean the tables of dishes, then go sit down in the back and wrap âcleanâ silverware with a napkin. No evidence of cleaning hands (like, how about hand sanitizer at least) . Music was loud and screeching. Dessert was probably the worst flan I have ever seen or tasted. This is not on my list for a repeat.

Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made
Was traveling and I used the busy rule.. If a restaurant is busy then it must be okay.. if it's empty..LEAVE. I stopped at an empty diner (and left the property) before I found this place. For a Monday night.. they were about 30% full, which for a Monday night speaks volume. I did have a headache for driving for 6+ hours thru the mountains of PA.. so I was Hungry and tired. Our server took our order quickly and the food appeared rather promptly. The salsa was a little warm (jalapeno heat.. tasty) chips crispy and slightly salted.I had a pork burrito and it was tasty. Sides were black beans and refried beans. As previously admitted I was tired and hungry and I will just say that this place was good and I would stop again.
