Hi Tropicana Hotel and Restaurant Manager I have lived in Sinandigan for 18 months now and last night (Jun 11/14) along with our foreign visitors we decided to try out your hotels cuisine. I am afraid we were very disappointed. The 4 meals arrived slowly over a 15 minute period. Cold and not as ordered. The chicken Cordon Blu was cold with Instant mashed potatoes.The Pork and Chicken Adobo was cold and salty.The Prawns Sinigan was requested to have the shells removed. They arrived intact. Apparently the message was not relayed to the Chef nor was it checked by the server.The Wiener Schnitzel was advertised to have Potato Salad and it came with instant potatoes. It was sent back as it was not as advertized. Nor we informed of a substitution. I am bringing this to the managers attention because TOO often in this society things like this are not reported.All think they have done a good job and in this situation, this just was not the case. I am sure as a professional business person you want to offer the best you can. This can only be achieved by impute from your guests.
