We visited the Green View twice during our stay in Arugam Bay. We received very delicious and tasty meals there (and even huge portions!) for a really good price. Also the owner and the staff is very friendly. We can definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a good restaurant. We will definitely come back - thank you guys!

Visited this place in October! Don't be fooled by it's modest dining area, the food is amazing! It's really great for surfers needing to refuel or for families needing something quality and quick. The dosas (indian crepes) are fantastic and the chicken chukka curry is great too! Seriously, this place is amazing and the owners are great. We had a large group (16) for a birthday party and the supplied music for the occassion. Welcoming, delicious, and great food. What more could you want!

Simply put Secret Alley is amazing. Itâs a at the end of town and if youâre not looking youâll drive/walk right by it. Set back off the street in a compound shared by attached accomodation, Hipsters Hideout, Secret Alley offers a little bit of respite from a busy street. Allowing you to chill,listen to good tunes and of coarse enjoy all the food on offer.I can quite happily say that the food is comparable to some of the better Australian cafes and for a fraction of the price. To couple with the food the service is the best on the island and always with an smile and a chat. This place ticked all the boxes for my girlfriend and I. GET THERE BEFORE THE SECRET IS OUT! If you're looking for delicious, great value food don't miss Shab's corner. We ate here several times during our stay for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and it was always excellent. There rotti and banana lassis were particularly good. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome!

Delicious curries and pancakes. Check out the coconut/honey/vanilla ice cream version. A masterpiece for your belly. We ended up eating at NoNoâs 5 out of 6 days. These guys were also the only ones selling coconut - freshly taken from the tree next to the restaurant.

I came here with my parents and some friends on our last night in Arugam Bay. We were not disappointed! The crab curry was fantastic! Same with the mango prawn curry and the lemper rice. The portions they gave us were perfect too!The drinks were to die for. Especially the passion fruit mojitos! My folks couldn't stop drinking them!Aside from the food and drinks, the service was really good. The boys working here were fast and very accommodating. The vibe at this place is super nice. Good tunes and atmosphere!
