I've eaten at three of the owners' restaurants now, and each has been disappointing in its own right. The Evans Palomino was the worst...poorly run, poorly executed, and considering the pricing (most expensive "Mexican" in Greeley) a place I would not recommend. we visited on a quiet Sunday evening. 6 tables in our dining room went uncleared for 30 minutes. Servers were not busy and hid in the back most of the time. We were not approached for 7 minutes after being seated by a dull hostess with no personality...no hello, no server making eye contact; nothing. Food was okay - just. My wife's seafood dish was a pile of glop, promising shrimp, crab, and lobster. No lobster in evidence, a few wisps of crab, ton's of smelly salad shrimp. I do not blame the staff...I blame the owners - they must not hire competent Managers who understand hospitality. The staff was certainly not trained properly, there was no management in evidence, and sitting in a room full of dirty tables sucked. I don't care if it was Sunday evening, your guests deserve a meal consistent with a $40 dinner bill.

For almost 50 years, Farmers Inn has been serving up the same great Mexican recipes to locals. Three generations strong!! Makayla, the granddaughter of the founder was our waitress and did a phenomenal job!Iâve been going for over 30 years and what I love most is that it is so consistent! The flavors of the green chili and refried beans are always the same.Simple, authentic flavors.Please donât ever close!

We had Morgan, he was GREAT!! The tacos were average...lots of choices but not a lot of flavor. Guacamole was good. I did really like the side of grilled veggies. Spicy margarita ok, but not best I've had. JunctionGirl, Thank you for the feedback. I will be sure to tell Morgan he was great, we love rewarding our team members. We can always flavor up your taco we have lots of different sauces to choice from. Like our Classic green, Morita, Atomica, Avocado creama, Smokey Tomatia, and others.
