After hearing about this place for years, we finally went there. The food did not disappoint and the service was great. But, compared to other restaurants in New Mexico, prices here were pretty steep for New Mexican fare. Word of advice: if you enjoy the salsa that they serve with the chips, don't be tempted to buy a jar to take home. The jarred product is mass produced somewhere and tastes nothing like the restaurant.

We had a great dinner here. The chicken burritos were made with fresh tortillas; the chicken was very fresh as well - very yummy! The green chile was the perfect amount of hot for us and we like hot! Sat outside on the patio on a beautiful evening. It's the best restaurant New Mexico food I've had in a while. The folks in this gas station restaurant were friendly and the price was a good value for the amount of food.

This is our favorite Cuba eatery. They serve fairly unremarkable American and New Mexico foods but the dishes seem so much better here just because the staff tries to make you feel at home and the place is roomy and cheerful, decorated with toy trucks, especially commercial tractor-trailers. Enjoy!

We recently spent two days in Cuba and after a so-so dinner at El Bruno's, we decided to try Presciliano's. OMG...it was so good! Our party of four sampled some New Mexico dishes, the burger plate, and even fish and chips and we all left satisfied and happy. We enjoyed our meals so much, we opted for breakfast there the next morning. Bkft was also plentiful and delicious - pancakes and breakfast burritos are highly recommended. [The only negative was that darn Farmer Bros. coffee - never our favorite but frequently what you find in small towns all over New Mexico]
