Went there for the first time this evening. Could not have been more pleased with our meals. Our waitress's name was Amanda and she could not have been sweeter or more attentive. We will go back and highly recommend San Jose's to anyone else.

This was our third time dining at this Chili's location. First time was excellent, 2nd time was average, third time was terrible. The experiences were so varied that it is hard to rate this location. But based on our declining experience I don't plan on returning. On our last visit the same item I ordered in the past - bacon ranch chicken quesadillas arrived cold and were tasteless. The order took over 45 minutes to arrive while the table next to us received their order in under 15 minutes. The chicken enchilada soup was still good on both occasions. Our daughter chicken crispers were lukewarm when they arrived. The entire visit took 1.5 hours with no wait which was much longer than we expected, so we paid at the table and left without ordering dessert.

Our grandson suggested that we have lunch, on him, at Chipotle Mexican Grill. He said that his family had eaten there many times and we should give it a try. We did and it was a very good choice. Service was quick, food was great, and atmosphere was family oriented.
