A real Sicilian way cafe in the heART of Balluta Coffee Shop ⢠Patisserie ⢠Gelateria #homemade #artisanal
After initially passing it several times because it was always full we eventually came across a vacant table.Wow the cakes are delicious, a little expensive but you get what you pay for. Everything is made at the shop with fresh ingredients. The home made ice cream is the best I've tasted, the coffee is great and the Berry and pistachio cheese cakes are superb. It is a family run business and the staff are both friendly and helpful when trying to choose from the many delicious cakes. Special mention for Denista who recommended the pistachio cheese cake which is my favourite.

Restaurant was busy on a Saturday night and we hadnât booked but they were able to accommodate us. Pasta portions were small in comparison to other local eateries, most of the meat in my carbonara was fat, the âmixed saladâ consisted of lettuce and 2 cherry tomatoes and the squid in the mixed seafood plate had not been prepared correctly and still contained some the innards which wasnât pleasant. Overall a disappointing dining experience.

Visited this restaurant for Dinner and It was an amazing experience starting from the free slice of focaccia which is one of the best I've had in ages, we decided to skip the starters and shared a tagliata di manzo which was devine. My Daughter had a Margherita pizza .We had the imqaret for dessert and mini doghnuts. Everything was fresh and tasty. Highly recommended and reasonably priced. Will visit again!Service was attentive and good, which is getting hard to find these days. Parking in the same street at the George hotel (not free but convenient)

Worst staff and service. So rude and not a nice experience. Canât recommend this one. The need to me more service minded and nice to the costumer if they want them back. Though stuff on you and didnât serve really well. Bad bad badFake review done from some competitor around. You speak of nothing based on nothing. My staff is not rude at all. They are very welcome and nice to all customers and they are all welcome. Discriminatory comment. I am sorry but you have never been to our restaurant

Romantic fish And oyster bar. restaurant in The Center of San Julian, alwais 3 different tipe of Oysters fresh seafood and excellent wine list in a small restaurant.
Read the reviews and chanced an early visit without booking. Plenty of tables available but did get busy quickly. We shared the white bait fritters to start and they were delicious, good sized portion too.The tuna steak was huge and the best I have ever had, perfectly cooked with a nice pink middle. My wife had the seafood ravioli which had more seafood on top than you would ever get in the UK.Add a bootle of red for â¬14 and we had an exceptional meal for two for â¬60.I will be back this week as I want the fried fish starter to share, which looked amazing.

Ristorante le majoliche nasce nel giugno 2015 con l'intenzione di portare con amore e passione la Buon cucina italiana (siciliana) a l'estero, con piatti tradizionali della propria terra.
My wife and I re-visited this restaurant for dinner. We shared the most tender carpaccio di polipo and my wife then had a lovely pasta allo scoglio while I ordered swordfish all' acqua pazza. The portions were most generous and the sauces were to die for. All this was washed down with a white Sicilian Catarratto. We ended the dinner with a cannolo (for me) and a pistacchio semi-freddo (for my wife). All for 80 Euros. No wonder the place was completely full with clients queuing outside for tables to become available. This restaurant is a must to visit BUT do make a reservation.

Pizza Pasta Burger with Neapolitan style
I bought lunch for myself and two friends here. I came due to the high rating on Trip Advisor, but it wasn't cheap and tasted garbo. There's way better food nearby. Wouldn't recommend. Also the owners have a witty comment to make about every negative review telling them how wrong they are. As past customers, we use this and other review platforms to tell people of our experiences, you can't tell us that our opinion is wrong.

Really authentic Italian food. Great service and a nice location on the side of the street with outdoor and indoor dining. Lots of seafood options, including fresh lobster linguine. Highlights for us included the carbonara, the pizza Napoli and the dough and seaweed balls with tempura vegetables.
