We had drinks here 3 times and ate there once. Nice atmosphere with great view of the harbour. Friendly welcome. Good beer list of Italian craft and good international beers. Food generally good but lost a point for having a burger amongst their quality Italian dishes.

Went to this very excellent new restaurant in the small town of Minervino di Lecce. You canât go wrong ordering anything on the menu here. Worth the trip if you are staying in Otranto or anywhere near. All the fish we ordered was fresh and cooked just right: the tuna, the snapper, and salted cod. Everything was presented in a very picturesque way and tasted amazing all the way to the deconstructed tiramisu for dessert. Nice ambience and the a/c didnât hurt either. Lots of special touches, donât miss this restaurant. Bon Appetito!

a little gem in all aspects:personnel courtesy, food taste, creativeness, not invasive but carefully chosen music, minimalist decor. This is the place where to have a drink and finger food. Wide selection of local specialties from green bell pepper to mini-burger4 glasses of wine + 8 finger food dishes for 34 EUR. ...and the sightseeing is 0,00 EUR , as advertized in the menu.
L'Ortale...is a delicacy typical of Salento, an emotion. ...traditional washboards called "stricaturi". We have a cellar rich in local wines.... Take time for yourself in our typical garden. You will taste the flavours of Apulia and can buy our products fr
After visiting this place already 4 times I finally decided to write a review, this small little bar/restaurant is perfect if you are in Otranto and decide to taste some truly typical small bites accompanied by great local wines or beers, the terrace in the back is really romantic and the service is good and not invasive, Andrea the owner is very friendly and accommodating, definitely a thumb up!

You could easily miss this place as it's behind the castle on the road towards the port. It's not in an obvious tourist area but the food is excellent as is the service. I had a pizza that was really fresh and tasty whilst my wife had pasta that melted in your mouth. Excellent value for money. Dear customer, we are very happy to read your praise words and your compliments. True, we are a bit off the really tourist area, but we prefer this location. Thank you for highlighting the quality of service and food, as well as the good value for money.See you next time..

Good quality restaurant, serving traditional local dishes. Nice service. The tables outside are good for people watching, but you may be more comfortable inside which is air conditioned. We had dinner there twice. Portions are generous. The rose is very good.
