Reviews on South American food in Tunja, Boyaca Department, Colombia. Tunja (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈtuŋha]) is a city on the Eastern Ranges of the Colombian Andes, in the region known as the Altiplano Cundiboyacense, 130 km northeast of Bogotá. In 2012 it had an estimated population of 181,407 inhabitants. It is the capital of Boyacá department and the Central Boyacá Province. Tunja is an important educational centre of well-known universities. In the time before the Spanish conquest of the Muisca, Tunja was called Hunza and was conquered by the Spanish conquistadors on August 20, 1537 upon zaque Quemuenchatocha and founded by the Spanish on August 6, 1539, exactly one year after the former southern capital Bacatá. The city hosts the most remaining Muisca architecture: Hunzahúa Well, Goranchacha Temple and Cojines del Zaque.

The Restaurant Bochica has a la carte dishes, with both national and international dishes, ready to provide the best service for our guests and users.

EXCELENTE!

This restaurant is in a new center out of the city. Green Hills has more restaurants. The center in not interesting. No shops. The internet for guests didn't work in the restaurant. On the menu wete different salads, but only the ceasar salad was available. The sodas on the menu... not available. Juices.... only mango and orange . Others not available. Modern interior. Much parking place. Expensive. The plate for the French fries was dirty. Small portions . Sause for the salad is like water without any taste . On the plate with the meat the yuca is too hard and difficult to eat. The meat is okay. No salt. Free toilet, but not clean. There is toilet paper. Don't go to Green Hills. Waste of time and money.

Onces lounge with traditional and original meals. Suitable for family, office or friends events for birthdays and special celebrations with a capacity of up to 60 people.
I frequented Tunja regularly over past six months, and always found myself at Madame Lili whenever I stopped by the city. This is the perfect place to do business or homework, go on a date, or meet up with friends for a drink or dinner.Softly lit lights hang from a clear ceiling adorned in vines and vibrant paintings cover the walls while soft music plays throughout the café. The menu doesn't have a distinct style of cuisine or drink, but everything is impressive and satisfying. There you'll find coffee based beverages with or without liqueur, beer, wine, an array of lemonades, juices, and water filtered from the tap, appetizers, entrees, and many different desserts. They are also willing to do what they can to make your food choice vegetarian. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It's always been an all-around good experience and time well spent at Madame Lili.I highly recommend a visit if ever you find yourself in the quiet capital of Boyacá.
