San Pedro de la Paz (Spanish pronunciation: [sam ˈpeðɾo ðe la pas]) is a Chilean city and commune located in the Concepción Province, Biobío Region. It has some 80,447 inhabitants according to the 2002 national census. In 2005, the Pedro Aguirre Cerda avenue, the main avenue in the city, was completed. Most of the inhabitants of this comuna commute daily to Concepción - either by car, bus or train - over the Biobío River. It is considered to be part of Greater Concepción conurbation.

Me gustarÃa decir que wa excelente o bueno, porque la idea lo es y en el menú se ve todo bueno, pero no. La cantidad de queso del sándwich de la foto, es excelente, pero: el pollo de la primer tabla estaba seco, la segunda tabla las aceitunas estaban en el borde de lo malas, la mermelada del queso camembert estaba amarga, el jamón serrano de regular calidad, y la variación del queso de un sándwich a otro, brutal. La semana pasada fui a comer pizza, y lo mismo...ahà no más. Creo que tienen la idea clara, pero les falta ejecución y que en los sándwich las cantidades sean contundentes, no solo el queso.

I was already several times at the Latitud Sur - it isa very very nice brewery and restaurant, particularly the beer is very recommendable, the food is o.k. and the service maybe not the fastest in town, but very o.k. - nice for group events!

El restaurant cuenta con un estacionamiento amplio, la decoración y arquitectura brindan una correcta identidad relativa al nombre "Barroco", la atención por parte del garzón es correcta... En relación a la comida, el atún estaba en el punto solicitado, guarniciones bien logradas, el asado de tira muy bien ejecutado al igual que los postres... El exterior del local no representa la realidad interior, volveremos con gusto.

Rápida atención y como esas fuentes de soda a la antigua. Completos con doble salchicha y gran cantidad de ingredientes, además de todo el sabor muy bien integrado y calentito. Clarificar que son superiores a "la fuente .." y es el lugar ideal para comer de paso o llevar para disfrutarlos.

I love when you go to the a place and they try to find solutions to your problems. Well, this is not that kind of place. No way to ask for a salad or to get in a plate the same ingredients that come with the burger (tomatoes, lettuce and pickles). Asking for some side of cabbage, almost impossible, we got some, about a spoonful of it. And finally, when we asked to see the kuchen to decide if we wanted some or not, simply impossible, they just couldn't show us the kuchen and they thought it was almost outrageous to ask. So, the empanadas where good, but the service was complex. Hola, recién nos entró este mensaje, y agradecemos el comentario, que claramente nos ayudará a ir mejorando esos detalles que puntualmente pasan por el manejo del momento y que claramente eran solucionables.

Llegamos a este lugar con alguna duda, pero nos sorprendió. No es un lugar que deslumbre, pero si es muy cálido. La atención de su personal muy calida, amable y rápida. La carta es muy amplia en la variedad de platos y bebestibles con precios bastante competitivos. Probamos un risotto de camarones y un filete mar y tierra, ambos platos muy sabrosos con porciones abundantes.Sin lugar a dudas un lugar recomendable en San Pedro de la Paz que espero volver a visitar pronto.

Very nice restaurant with fresh seafood. I particularly loved the dishes with piure and sea urchin (erizo de mar). Very tasty paila marina with congrio and piure. The dish with locos in a creamy sauce was at best mediocre. The restaurant also has a very nice wine selection with some gems, nice glassware as well.Friendly staff.

I expected something different, great, amazing. It was not bad, but there are so many better places. The blood sausage pork beef burger, was small, thin and forgettable. The place is alright, may be a bit too small, with almost no tables. Definitely not a place I would recommend.
