I hit this place up when visiting my wife's family in Brazil. I am glad we did. It was a hot day and the beer just hit the spot. They serve both light and dark and to my surprise, I found myself more attracted to the light beer. It tasted great and went down like water. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and ate them tapas style. The Picanha with onions was best but we also had a delicious charcuterie plate, fried cod, batatas fritas and sausage. It was great to just hand out and look over the town square. It had a festive atmosphere as the locals and foreigners were having a good time alike. Wait staff has been there forever. our waiter told us he has worked there for 25 years, so I think that's testament to the quality of the place and the ownership. They also have a gift shop and a big penguin that ;you can get your selfie taken with. Even the tables and chairs have their feet designed to look like penguin's feet.

Self service geralmente não tem aquele sabor , mas esse é uma exceção !O melhor charuto , homus, arroz com Carneiro e tantas outras delÃcias impecavelmente preparadas ! 25 reais for an all you can eat "feijoada" seems to be a pretty good deal. Now add to that visiting Invicta Brewery, interacting with the brew master and drinking recently made beer directly from the tank for no additional fee. I am definitely visiting again!

If you like beef, you should visit this restaurant. Interior is nothing fancy - it looks like what it is: a good quality restaurant with the sole purpose of providing you with good meat. Families like to come here as well as business people. Service is good and the menu is designed around the meat: salads, rice, patatos, etceteras. Finish your lunch or dining experience with a Creme de Papaya with Creme de Cassis and also your digestive system will feel very satisfied. An alternative restaurant is Ancho which has a very nice upscale ambiance. Meat quality is similarly good but maybe 1% less tasty. Cabana is better if you are with kids and a place where you go without dressing up while Ancho may be your pick for a special celebration.
