unique view in Lima from Regatas Lima , the best location at the Club, and of course the service was very good, the pizza margarita was incredible good, limonada perfect and deserts nothing....with a place like that ,they need to be more creative!! they need better and fresh ideas!! not heavy deserts...no good

The Restaurant is located in top of the beach. Excellent view to the sea. You can enjoy your meal and see the view. The local Peruvian cuizine is excellent as well as the service. Our first visit and was worthwhile the 80kms drive from Lima.

Very touristy with mostly international guests which means zero authentic experience. Even if I wouldnât have serious indigestion since the morning I would still say the same, the Parihuela was terrible not even close how it supposed to be. The chef and the owner need to look to the mirror seriously. The dishes around me looked average and most of them havenât finished. Staff is nice but in spite of busy place slow and mediocre.

Located in a shopping area in Miraflores but no view of the ocean. Open air restaurant. Incredible pastries. Friendly and helpful staff. A little english. Sirloin with potatoes and rice and corn followed up with a white caramel vanilla wafer desert in red...yuuummmmyy! My only issue was we were near the walking area and had 2 separate folks begging to us.

This restaurant was featured on a popular TV show home in Norway,so we really wanted to try it. Off course you come primarily for the food, but also for the experience in general. Their ceviche is apparently world famous,so off course we tried it. And YES,it was excellent! So was the Lomo Saltado, and the chicken with fried rice. And portions are big enough to share.BUT: Not in many years have we ever had slower service than at this place. We sat for 30 minutes without anyone even giving us as much as a seconds attention. Finally I had to loudly call one of the waiters to come over. After putting in our order we sat there another 20 minutes waiting for some bread and water, but when we started looking at the other tables, we saw that they didnât have any. Apparently that was not customary. We werenât asked what we wanted to drink with our meal, but finally managed to flag down the sommelier,so we could order some wine. There were a lot of waiters milling around, they just didnât do anything. It was almost as if it was a game to try and overlook us. But the guests at the neighboring table had the exact same problem. I have said it before.Sometimes when a restaurant gets to famous, I think it might go to the staffs heads, that they work in this famous place and therefore are entitled to act in a certain way. It is a fine line between un attentiveness and arrogance. I think no restaurant,no matter how famous can afford for their staff to treat customers this way. Food was excellent, and prices are very good.

I don't remember exactly what I ordered for dinner but it was comprised of salmon topped with sweet orange sauce and Alfredo tortellini. Maybe I didn't order the right thing for dinner because this dish was a strange combination. The flavors did not complement each other and may have been better separately. Part of my salmon was also overcooked and inedible. The ambience and live pianist was great but wish the dinner was also up to par.

Mar y Selva is a small place offering a variety of Peruvian food. I could not choose so I started with the causa acevichada, which was brilliant, and patacones en salsa especial. The salsa, yet again, was brilliant, while the patacones lacked some crispness. Finally, I had the tacu tacu en picante de marisco. As I have not had this before I don't know how it's supposed to be. That said I was slightly disappointed. It looked great but lacked a bit in taste. Hello JanB420 thank you very much for your comment, we are very happy for your gratifying evaluation ! We hope you come back soon, it will always be a pleasure to serve you.

Had a mid-afternoon meal here after a local recommended it. The ceviche was fabulous and the risotto was delicious. Very generous servings, perfect for sharing. (Should have just ordered one dish...oh well, leftover risotto will be tasty!) Will definitely go back again while in Barranco! No waiting for a table and priced better than the more famous restaurants nearby.

This simple restaurant in a very out of the way corner of Lima serves some of the best Cebiche in Lima. It is a local, in what would be considered a working class area, and many taxi drivers might not know how to get there. But the food and the price make it worth getting to.
