Reviews on South American food in Atibaia, State of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Atibaia (or Estância de Atibaia) is a Brazilian municipality in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. The name is derived from an indigenous language called Tupi, and means "healthy water river". Its name has changed over time, from the primitive Tupi word Tybaia, to Thibaia, Atubaia, Thibaya, and finally the city's modern name, Atibaia.

Ambiente agradável, lanches bons e um excelente custo beneficio - recomendo os dias de semana, onde você encontrará os velhos atibaienses, debatendo polÃtica e negócios. Vale a viagem no túnel do Tempo. Parabéns Zé e que saudade do amigo Júlio!!!

Feel yourself in Buenos Aires here in Atibaia! Meats, empanadas, desserts with dulce de leche and many other Argentine recipes prepared by chefs Juan and Pablo!
The owner had made a general change, He put down the old restaurant and built a new one. I have to confess that I found the old charming. The new building has very large windows which allows the place to be bright. It is clean and confortable. Service is good (Argentine style). Try as starter either empanadas or sausages and you will enjoy. Meet is wonderfull. Well cooked and tender. The sauces are a must and the chimichurri sauce it is wonderful. They have wine but do not have a wine list. You can choose some and they will give you the price. It would be much more professional to have one. it is expensive to eat there but the food is excellent.

Monday nights are known to be waiter's resting day, so we drove around town looking for any open restaurant where we could celebrate mom's birthday with a dine out. Fazendinha was open and since I'd had been a while since we had last been there, I decided to give it a go. Not sure if it was the best choice. The half portion main course ("Madeira" sauce steak, with fries, white rice & garlic broccoli) should serve 2-3 people, but it only did so because I'm in a diet. 2 small steaks, were just enough for the 3 of us. Plenty of rice (well cooked) & decent amount of recently fried crispy fries came in the side. The broccoli portion was small and lacked the garlic. Not to mention it's VERY pricey for such a small serving. I walked to the waitress after we had finished eating and ordered a small dessert with a candle, for mom. She was nice enough to prepare it very quickly, but when serving, she just apologised for not having any sort of candle in the house. Disappointing was to find out they didn't offer the dessert nor any sort of discount for the birthday girl!We ended up paying for a very expensive meal, even though the amount of food wasn't much for the 3 of us. And couldn't sing mum her "Happy Birthday" song!

It is a big and crowdy reataurante. I did a stop for a sandwich, had a burger and was just OK - meat was welldone. Music was very loud.

It's a nice Brazilian restaurant with some Japanese food like sushi and tempura. You have a great variety of cold and hot food to chose from. It's not expensive. Price vs quality it's a good choice. No air conditioner. Birds come to your table to ask for food, it's very nice.

Really liked it. I'm a big fan of salads and they have a big quantity of those, but they are all good. They also have couscous, brown rice etc, quality food for a good price, for as an Europe is cheap. They also have warn meals and they are also good. The service is very good. I would recommended this restaurant at Atibaia.
