We stopped in after visiting the phone repair shop. We were promptly seated and brought chips and salsa. The menu didnât have many vegetarian options and the staff had a little trouble communicating with us, but the food was great, hot and served after only a few short minutes. I had a burrito and my friend had chow mein. We both ate for $16. Easy to find. Ample parking, Recommended!
I thought this would be your average Mexican restaurant but to my surprise it was actually a Salvador owned establishment. If you're looking for a small but excellent dining place that has better than average "Mexican" style food give this one a try. There's not much on atmosphere and I don't think they're used to having "Gringo's" eat their but I must say the food was excellent! the staff barely spoke English but were attentive and polite. We had the stuffed peppers and I can honestly say the amount of food per meal was outstanding. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.
The best Hispanic cuisine in Nashville! We offer a mix of Guatemalan, Mexican, Peruvian and Central America infusion to provide a unique and exquisite experience.
The food here is excellent! Everything is delicious. I love the lightly breaded chicken breast served with refried beans, rice, and potatoes. They also have steak, fried chicken, etc. A beautiful restaurant with paintings from Guatemala. A mi esposo chapin le encanta la comida autentico de guatemala como tortillas hecho a mano, tamales, y atol de elote. El horchata es muy rico tambien. Esta muy bonito el restaurante con una marimba y pinturas de guate.

When we are in Miami, two of my favorite things to eat are Arepas and Empanadas (Havannah Harry's has the best). After researching online and lookig at the reviews for this place, I was anxious to give it a try. The friendly man who waited on us came to take our drink order...diet coke? yes, they served it but did not currently have any...beer? yes, they have applied for a license but didn't have it yet...coffee? he would make a fresh pot (but the coffee never came). My empanadas were a hard crunchy cornmeal shell with an indeterminate filling of a mushy consistency....C- rating. My arepa was so hard that I could not cut it with a knife and had absolutely no flavor...tasted as if it was made with cornmeal and water...no seasoning ...no butter ....D- My husband had a combo platter and ate most of it, saying it was okay but not special. The sweet plantains were good enough (I have never had a bad one, so this is not saying a lot!). Very disappointing.
