Zoup! - the country's leading fast-casual soup restaurant concept - is defining the category with its award-winning soups, salads and sandwiches, served in a casual, comfortable setting. Each restaurant offers 12 soup varieties each day, from its extensiv
As a long time customer of Zoup!, I am stunned by the terrible service in the past six months. Today a simple bowl of soup took over 40 minutes to prepare. It's not my problem that retail customers had to wait for a large catering order that was "missed" on the production schedule.Last week, the soups listed on-line were not available in store. The issues at Zoup! Solon are clearly related to poor planning and lack of experience by the management staff. The issues are different every week and it's getting OLD.Consider going elsewhere for lunch if you want your order to be correct and delivered on a timely basis! We apologize that you have had disappointing experiences, and we will bring your comments to the attention of the management of this location. Please watch for a direct message so we may follow up with you about your visits.
Soup Pot is a great find, featuring a dozen home-made European-style soups. The cabbage, chicken, and bean soups are outstanding. Soup Pot is based on traditional Balkan recipes, made from scratch with the freshest ingredients. The service is helpful and friendly and they actually let you try testers of each soup. I always try to pick up a selection when I'm in Solon and am glad to see they survived the shopping center renovation and are thriving. Soup Pot is just a great place.

If you like delis, this is your place. The menu is full of traditional jewish dishes, from brisket to cold cuts to borscht and matzah ball soup. Think of what you would find in a traditional ny deli, and this is better. Loved the wording on the menu, and the way the staff talks about the food. We had the hot dogs, brisket, pastrami, burger, blinzes and eclair. Portions are big, so be ready. If you like delis, this is worth going out of your way for.... Definately will be back.
