So sad... we have eat here every time we have visited for 40 yrs.. today was by far the worst.. food was cold, service was terrible, we asked for extra grits when we placed our order no apples, he informed us we could re order all the grits, potatoes ,biscuit and gravy that we wanted it was unlimited! I know why,...he just doesnât bring it when you order! the food wasnât the best, cold, and gravy was pasty no taste, just not what we have enjoyed for so many years, I think the servers name was Shane , I even ask for a drink to go and never got that, there was several people in our area was complaining about cold food and not getting what they had ordered, one guy even yelled out forget it! Sorry to see this place go so far downhill .. then you get the bill for $31 for 2 people and he tells you howMuch he enjoyed waiting on you! We want to apologize that you did not enjoy your visit. We want every guest to enjoy each and every visit. IF you could email me I would like to do whatever I can to make things right.

A little trouble using map ap on phone.........signage not great for restaurant but once inside..................omg. Fantastic sandwiches, bread variety great, more than pleasant owners.........prices reasonable. No fuss, no unexpected problems.Worth your time to stop.

There is typically a wait for this restaurant, but you can walk around and shop, etc. because they text you when your table is ready. The food and service are both excellent. Atmosphere is comfortable. Nice water fountain / fire pit outside where you can sit and wait. Lots of nice menu choices. We have been here before and will definitely go back when in the area.We look forward to seeing you again when you're in town!

This place is so good. I've been going for years with my family. They give you family servings of each food and it is so much food! It is super busy sometimes, so expect a short wait if it's a busy weekend in Pigeon Forge.We always enjoy seeing you! Hope to see you back soon!
