An excellent lunch was delivered to a very nice quiet outside space which provides good shelter from the sun. The menu was extensive and the choices varied. Any food I saw going to other tables looked delicious. I would certainly go back. The Pranzo Di Lavoro was a little more expensive at 15 euros but the food was very nice indeed.

Back at La Corteccia for two evenings. Pasta, meat and wine list very good. The owner really cares about his wines which come at perfect temperature (very rare in the summer!) from a special cellar. Pasta and salumi very good, steaks and lamb simply excellent. My wife and I really like the place and will certainly visit La Corteccia again in the near future.

Word of mouth from the local villagers led us to Barchetto. They knew what they were talking about. It's a fabulous setting and the service was very attentive, helpful and efficient. We only looked at the seafood options and were very pleased with our meals. The entree with 6 different tastings was absolutely delicious.

This is my third time in Toscana, I've tried so many restaurants! But "Giusto di Sale" made me come back many times - the home atmosphere, unbelievable cooking, everything is very fast and delicious; very cozy and stylish. Gianluca - the owner is a very nice and polite, he suggested so many tasty and real traditional things! He talks a very good English! My family and i fell in love with this beautiful place! Next time we are here, "Giusto di Sale" will be the first time I visit!!! Thank you for making to feel Toscana like our home! Thank you very much Kate!! It was a pleasure to welcome you and your nice family in my restaurant. Maybe we are not the best restaurant in Tuscany but we always do everything possible to make our guests feel right at home. I came here with my brother for dinner today. The two waiters were very accommodating and friendly, but also a bit overwhelmed with the full restaurant, which resulted in slight delays. As I'm on holiday I do not mind waiting though. We had a little hiccup with the starters: I ordered the prosciutto crudo e melone but only received the prosciutto without the melon - oh well. The waitress apologised over and over again, I did not mind.The beef filet with fondue and truffles was divine (although a bit too much truffle for my liking). The roast potatoes were a but bland.Overall I really enjoyed my visit here and would definitely come back to try some of their pasta dishes.

This place is just extraordinary ! It's an Tuscan restaurant located on top of a hills.
