Me and my wife have been three days, two nights in Palau, Sardinia.We adore the Sardinian food and definitively wanted to enjoy the best of the isle cousine.After checking on the Tripadvisor, for the first dinner we chose to go to Cucumiao and we totally believe we couldn't do a better choice. The place is traditional and warmly welcoming, the personnel is well trained and professional and makes you feel well.But the mesmerizing thing is the quality of the food that leaves you breathless. They do a great work in selecting the best ingredients from the isle and cook them so wonderfully that any dish is an explosion of taste.Home made pastas are incredible. Fish and meat juicy and superlative.Try sardinian cheeses or salami, they will surprise you too.We loved so much our first dinner that we had to return for the second dinner, the day after.Let me tell you this: I shall return to Palau ONLY to go to Cucumiao again.They say that having returning customers is the best compliment for any business: well, this is my most spontaneous compliment!Should I find a suggestion for the owner to further improve the place, I'd only say that the big dining hall is a little noisy.Ciao Thanks for suggestion ;) We are always busy end we are in the SUMMER TIME GRAZIE

Resturant with big attention to detail, careful selection of the quality of used products. Veranda with a view over the sea , reservation, also after midnight.... Spoken language : English- German -French -Spanish.

At this pretentious restaurant we were ushered to a side table whilst the manager drooled over a couple of women eating alone. The waiter superficially provided bread and oil, but no plates or balsamic until asked. The main course of fish arrived without the roasted potatoes or vegetables until prompted. Fried potatoe chunks arrived and we were told that vegetables would arrive in 10 minutes. Clearly, the waiter had forgotten to note them, but excused this saying that we has ordered them separately.Other guests were similarly treated so we left â¬10 to cover the glass of wine and left, only to be chased after by the waiter pleading for us to return. Just unprofessional staff processing customers to get money with minimal service.dopo aver rubato la cena osi anche parlare...............................................bravo

Careful what you wear or look like ladies as otherwise you might get given a special chair because they âthink you might be pregnant or somethingâ... Iâm not... and whilst I could lose a few pounds I do not look pregnant... we paid for our water and left...no lunch for me then thank you! how to insult and upset someone in one move.lady she came in and the service was very courteous, because she changed the chair what we do with all the women who have a skirt too tight to make it more comfortable, unfortunately she traded a kindness for an insult, I'm sorry really so much, because she lives a very sad world, she is not used to kindness. I'm glad I didn't serve her, we will continue to be kind, and we hope we will never have people like her on our road again.
