Ramen, tonkotsu ramen, miso ramen, shoyu ramen and more
After visiting Japan, we were excited to compare with Orem's ramen. And it is excellent! The pork is tender, the broth is exquisite. The staff is friendly but busy. There is always a wait, but it's worth it. Slurp away!

We ordered the summer special salad and were not told it cannot be included in the combo meal until after we were charged for it. We also ordered the pork bbq sandwich; what we got was a cabbage sandwich with a little pork on it. When we expressed our dissatisfaction we were told "have a fine day." Tables were not bussed so we had to wait for a seat. Zupas continues to go downhill; they serve watered down soups instead of the delicious thick creamy soups we used to enjoy, cabbage salads pretending to be filled with meat, and salads that are half the size they used to be and all lettuce, very little else. The chocolate covered strawberries are puny and the quality of the chocolate has diminished. There are no longer baguettes, but cheap dinner rolls. Just an overall disappointing experience. In an area full of choices, Zupas is fast leaving our short list.

Fish & Chips, Clam Chowder, Hallibut
The fish is lightly breaded and deep fried. It is tender and flaky. I live to dip the fish in the tarter sauce and and malt vinegar. I always get the baked potato for no extra charge and the coleslaw. The clam chowder is so good and with a dash of hot sauce and malt vinegar, yummy. You order St the counter and they bring it to your table when it's ready. The service is friendly. They remodeled this place and it is so nice now.

I have a Vietnamese friend who recommended Pho so my wife and I went to check this place out. Pho is basically glorified ramen but it's really fun because you can add various ingredients and spices to make yours unique. It's fairly inexpensive and the service was decent. It's a perfect meal for a cold winter's day.
