My colombian host invited me to the apparent Medellin's institution. The menu has limited Antioquian dishes. The service is excellent and fast. We had a Bandeja Paisa - a dish rich in carbs (rice, plantain, potatoe, bean) with a generous slide of pork belly. Not for the sensible hearts.
