Mac and cheese was very good, the 12 layer cake was good also. The food was a bit long coming out for the to go order and the thing that killed it for me as while I was waiting I bought a little 12 oz Minute Maid lemonade, when the clerk said $2.70 I was blown away. Very expensive want do that again

I used to love Corner Bakery when I lived in Chicago; they were actually a client of mine. But that was when they were starting out and food quality, customer service, and consistency were important. We've been to the one in Flowood, MS which is okay, nothing special. This was our first time at the Madison, MS location and unfortunately we were very disappointed. Truffle Hot Chocolate for $2.49 should be special in every way. This was not - bland, luke warm, no special flavor - not even vanilla. Do not bother to order unless you want Swiss Miss. All American Scrambler with Grits and Toast for $7.49 Eggs were okay but luke warm. Grits were in a tiny bowl and rather pasty with no flavor. Toast was toast but we had to ask for extra jam. The Anaheim Panini for $5.49 - see attached photos. The photo in the menu display makes the panini's look luscious, thick, and oh so yummy. In reality it was very tasty, served warm, but certainly not thick - no surprise since it was crushed in a panini grille. It was served on a plate that should have been used for a side of toast, not a full sandwich! And perhaps the ingredients inside were cold when added to the sandwich before grilling because juices kept running down my hand with every bite. Yuk in the morning! Juices are good with a scrumpious burger or pulled pork sandwich, but not with a breakfast sandwich filled with eggs, etc. One last thing - the place was not even busy - it was 8:30 in the morning during the week!We just don't know where to go out for a good homecooked breakfast anymore!! Better to just stay home and make our own.

Jason's Deli

This is the first time i have ever been questioned why I want a saucer. Jason Deli provides saucers for customers for various reasons. My reason was to get some Ginger Bread and Jalapeños for soup that I purchased. The salad bar attendant interrogated me about my order and said that I couldn't get anything off the salad bar because I didn't buy a salad... I'm totally confused, I said Ma'am, you don't understand I eat at Jason Deli all over the United States. I have never been told I can't have a saucer at Jason Deli. She says I didn't say you couldn't I just needed to know because they be stealing....I'm thinking, uh I don't think I could steal a large salad with no protein on a saucer!! I took a pic of the saucer so customers can see how disrespectful that is to loyal customer. They blamed corporate but this is the only establishment in the 48 states that does this. Not a peaceful experience, I will not return they may tell you you can't have an
