We left the palace after closing time and were starving. We needed a bit to eat before grabbing an uber to where we were staying. We knew it would be slim pickings, but we were pleasantly surprised. Good house brewed draft beers. Duck leg with sauerkraut was plentiful, but it was light on the mushrooms and sauce. This restaurant will do the trick! Good strong free wifi to boot.Dear Emily M! Nice place. We went there for quick supper. Everything was served in no more than 10 minutes. Huge portions were very satisfying. And prices aren't high. Just 290 rub for supper ( includes soup, salad,hot dish and compote to drink). Definitely recommend this place.

We came to this restaurant with friends after visiting the nearby Alexandrey Park. The restaurant looks very quaint so we expected standard tourist food - but we were pleasantly surprised. I had fish soup, pickled vegetables and my husband had Admiral salad - all were delicious and service very good. There were toys for kids so we got to relax while we ate - a bonus!
