One of Poland’s most beautiful cities, Gdansk, on the Baltic Sea, has played major roles in history, especially in the 20th-century. It was the 1939 flash point of World War II, and then in 1980, the birthplace of the Solidarnosc labor movement, ushering the end of Communist domination in Eastern Europe. Gdansk’s Old Town, painstakingly reconstructed to its Hanseatic League glory after being leveled in World War II, is a highlight. The 14th-century Town Hall houses the city’s historical museum.

Not much spices, no strong flavours. Cheap prices (large beer 10 zl, dinner dishes around 25-30 zl)If you want a Polish experience, come here. Vodka and beer is cheap and food has Polish flavour (none). Pork chop, fried meatballs and pierogi are spot on orders. Just remember to add some salt and pepper.Interior is funny, and the location is awesome. 200 meters from the riverside.

We ate here on the spur of the moment as the restaraunt we were supposed to eat at was closing. I was not disappointed. We ordered the duck and vegetable gyozo, tempura vegetables and the futomaki sushi set. I have only ever tried packaged sushi from the supermarket and really don't like it so didn't expect to like this sushi but i did. It was so tasty. I will be eating sushi again after this. I would also recommend the Japanese whiskey from the menu. It was so smooth and washed it all down nicely.

The seabass was just perfect. The ratatouille with it was also great by itself, although the chorizo (or something like that) was too strong thus interfered with the fish.Staff and services at very high level.
