Fast service with hot "pho" you can have in Da Lat. For me, it is different with PHO in Ha Noi or Sai Gon: lightly tasty. Location is on Tang Bat Bo street, close to Truong Cong Dinh Street. So crowded in festival season. Open morning to evening

Wandering around in Dalat and we came across this charming pho restaurant - so glad we did! The broth had exceptional depth of flavour and was perfectly balanced. Ingredients were high quality and fresh. Chatting to the lovely owner Hoa revealed why - she cooks the broth for 24 hours and ingredients are bought daily from the nearby markets. The space itself is clean and paired back but the highlight is the amazing array of portraits on display. Taken by Hoa's Aussie partner, Robert (Bobby Bean as she refers to him), these portraits are of a local indigenous community and are worth the visit alone.Pho Trang? Why not indeed! One year passed from your trip to our restaurant, Emilywalsh.Thank you for your nice review on our Pho - traditional cuisine of Viet Nam. Very happy that you recognized our love put on our Pho. So glad to be a nice corner in your memories with Da Lat Trip. Hope to see you soon. ^_*

As a Chinese, I've eaten wanton noodles around the world, this is BEST by far. Even the wanton noodles in Singapore can't compete with them. Noodles were spongy and soft, soup was tasty, wanton was packed with shrimp and meat - and they had pig blood inside! It was amazing! Would be back for more!

As mentioned in previous reviews, staff do not speak much English but it's really no problem. Food was just average, underwhelming and fried noodles had some strange fake meat type stuff that was absolutely disgusting. Stick to crispy green things, please! We just left these on the plate and the rest was decent, though nothing worth raving about. Free hot tea served with meal, which was a nice touch. Not a bad place to stop in for a quick meal, and was very cheap so can't be too picky either.
