The litmus test for any ramen shop is the veggie broth simply because it is very hard to get something flavorful out of veggies, unlike meat... While the topping were great and the noodles perfectly cooked, the broth was pretty average. I have had better in dinky little Texas towns! The place is modern and nice. Drink options (like shochu) are excellent. Will I be back? I don't think so.

My kids and I were looking for a place to grab lunch in Bellevue and decided on ramen since it was such a cold day. Hokkaido came recommended by a friend. Two of us are vegan/vegetarian so we all ordered something different and each enjoyed our meal. Highly recommend!

Good pho in BIG bowls. My Vietnamese wife and I ordered a "super bowl" with a order of (3) egg rolls, and that was enough food. Reasonable bill, particularly compared to the pho restaurants nearby in downtown Bellevue. Service decent as well. Big with plenty of tables.

This Ivar's will not disappoint! The Fish and Chips were done to perfection, so were the Prawns. The quickness of our food being cooked and served was excellent and the Staff was very accommodating, we will be back for sure!
