Chanced upon this restaurant at Jurong East and had a wonderful lunch there. Their old name was Uncle Leong SeafoodThe food was fantastically good, especially their crab. The meat was fresh firm and lots of roe. We had the crab in bee hoon soup. Their Guinness pork ribs were tasty too.The ambience was simple, no elaborated decoration or anything. The setting is more like an air conditioned kopi tiam. For crab lovers, this is the place.Hi Lemongrass_Jt,Thank you for your compliments, we are Glad that you loved our dishes. We will strive to be even better and pardon us if there is inadequate service from us.Thank you for your continual support.Legacy Seafood横è¡å «éæµ·é²68972881

Always packed. Tried the Mentaiko king crab spaghetti & hot matcha. The texture of spaghetti is good, not too oily. However, crab meat is too little to enjoy. Mentaiko is just sufficient. Over priced for this dish, considering the miserable crab. Whereas, my hubby had the Miam Miam Spaghetti. It's worth the value & taste. The matcha hot tea is just rich enough, not bitter nor sweet.

Prata was good. Curries were nice and thick. The Tarik was Super good. Service was impeccable. Ambience was nice. Menu was full of anything you can dream of : within reason; itâs an Indian Muslim restaurant. Prices were also reasonable. Plus air conditioned comfort. I was actually planning a trip much further away just for prata and murtabak, but Iâm so Glad I gave this place a chance. What more can one ask for¿

Koon Bak Kut Teh serves freshly prepared signature Bak Kut Teh soup and many other signature dishes such as Braised Pork Trotters, Sesame Oil Chicken, and Braised Meat Rice. Various other Chinese delicacies are also available.
It was a mistake walking into this place. Our group was hankering for Seafood White Beehoon and seeing a poster of this dish on the wall, we thought why not give this place a try. Bad choice. The seafood white beehoon is bland and portion size is small even for a $9.90 larger size. The broth had not much flavour and there wasn't much eggs in the dish. Perhaps this cafe should stick to its specialty and not offer any other dishes. The other dishes we ordered fared no better. We were hugely disappointed. We certainly would not come back to this place.

Chin Huat Live Seafood offers a wide range of fresh seafood that is tastily prepared; fish, crabs, prawns, geoduck, bamboo clams and many others. Other dishes such as their suckling pig, pork ribs, beancurd, rojak squid are also very good. Desserts are not to be missed too. We like their coconut pudding and buloh hitam with ice cream, both of which are excellent. Service is also very good. Service staff are attentive and helpful.Although Chin Huat Live Seafood Restaurant is located at a HDB block, prices are on the high side. However, the quality of the food is very good. The restaurant is usually very busy especially during weekends. Best to make a reservation and also reserve the more popular live seafood such as crabs as they run out pretty fast. Good place for a meal family and friends.

I had a vegetarian lunch at Violet Oon - ION Orchard. It is my favourite place in Singapore. I had Sayur Lodeh, which is a Malaysian dish of curry prepared from vegetables in coconut milk, served with rice. This dish is a medium to large size. It is a great portion for 2 people. The curry was fragrant and the vegetables were softly cooked. The service is quick and staff are efficient. My Lemongrass tea was fab. I love fragrant tea. SEE photos

The restaurant used to be located along cross street in the earlier years. Recently in the last few years, they had shifted to their current location. They served very authentic Hokkien dishes like Kong bah bao, fried mee sua and fried oysters. Their fish maw soup is another dish that you must order while dining here.
