For the past 25 years our family run business has been providing you with the most hospitable & quality dining experience. The winning recipe for this attainment is surely our passion and enthusiasm towards the catering industry. We look forward to transl
Took some guests there for an evening meal and couldn't fault it. Service friendly and caring but not in your face. Lobster and crab soup......delicious. Main course monkfish tempura.....delicate and light yet filling......and the piece de resistance was the Tarte Tatin. Not the one you see all over France that is the little flat pastry with the delicate slices neatly arranged (not saying this is bad as it has its place in culinary history) but Chef Paul's is the best I have eaten in 50 years (and I have had similar offerings in Manoir Quatre Saisons and The Waterside in Bray (Roux) but Chef Paul's take the honours. I could have eaten another 3 easily but that's just being a glutton. Oh it does take about 20 mins to bake from scratch as they are made to order. So I suggest that if you do visit 'BOOK' and and start backwards from the dessert Menu so you know you can leave enough room for Chef Paul's Tarte Tatin.

We arrived and no one ask us to seat. Furthermore they have waiting area. When we seat I asked to seat next to the sea where none was sitting there. Was quite late and it was almost empty. They seat us in a really bad place. The food was good, tasty and fresh. The timings where not good. The manager was great explaining us everything we should know about the food. After dinner, while the table was stillEmpty next to the sea we decide to move.We had to ask the waiters to get some desert, because they where only thinking about going home. After the desert they came straight with the bill in hand without asking for any drink while the other table was having some good drinks. We wanted a drink too but they didnât even ask for anything else only asking for cash or card....Anyway lobster was good. For me a a restaurant itâs a mix between quality of food and attention. So food 4/5 attention 0.1/10Hi SamantaThank you for expressing your concern and we are so grateful that you were very much delighted with our fresh food we serve. However, on the other hand, we sincerely apologies for not meeting your expectations in regards to service! As for table given, it was the closest available at the time of your arrival (just one table away from the seashore) I donât think it can be considered as a âreally bad placeâ! With regards to timing donât really know what was your issue since food was served to your table in just 25 minutes after you ordered. You moved to the table next to you as soon as the clients left so thatâs when it got available. You could have ordered any drink you liked with one of our servers and enjoyed the tranquility of the bay, but you opted to ask for the bill instead and it was served to you in no time.Meanwhile I look forward for your next visit I always recommend to book beforehand so we will be able to reserve you a table closest to the sea (if available) and we would definitely aim to reach your level of expectations.RegardsDiane

D-BAR is a family run Restaurant, Pizzeria and Bar, brimming with charm and tradition. Set over two floors, the upper level provides a relaxing and traditional experience; here you will find yourself gazing upon a beautiful collection of vintage portraits
Luckily we found D'Bar on day two and booked up for most of the holiday (they are busy!) - the food is very high quality as is the wine selection and price wise we were very pleased - four adults typically coming in at around â¬28 per head - friendly staff, five star restaurant easily!

We ordered as a starter the formaggio gozitano and it was a fenomenal experience. Then, we ate the seafood and gozitano pizza and they both were great. The seafood is really well served. Even though we had to wait a bit longer we were expecting (because it is a very frequented spot), the food has supperated everything. Have a good meal. :)

Situated right on the water's edge and next to the statue of St. Andrew in the fishermen's area of the bay, The Boat House Restaurant is ably run by Joseph Attard and his wife Rose. It has established itself as a must visit restaurant when visiting Gozo b
We expected great things from The Boathouse after reading glowing reviews. Sadly this wasnât to be. We sat down to be greeted by a waiter with a tub of hand sanitizer, it seems they are very concerned about guests having clean hands, Iâd prefer them to be more concerned about the quality of the food. We both had the fish soup, which was nice but rather salty. My fishcakes were deep fried and lacking flavour, my husband had the calamari which had an odd flavour. It was very expensive for what it was. Needless to say, we didnât stop for coffee. A trip to the loo meant another reminder about bathroom etiquette...

Country Terrace is a little cottage transformed into a restaurant with indescribable panoramic views and extraordinary cuisine. Our restaurant has become the only place in Gozo which offers such a savouring view of the Mgarr Harbor, Fort Chambrey and the
We visited Country Terrace twice in our 10 day vacation on Gozo and it was both times amazing. The location and the view are great, the service is very friendly and attentive, we felt welcome. The food was really great, especially the Lambuki (fish), the Beef Wellington and the grilled calamari. We will definitely come back next year.

A spacious restaurant with a modern and elegant environment enjoying the picturesque view of Mgarr Harbour and the Gozo Channel. Offering a vast menu specializing in mouthwatering steaks and home made deserts to die for. The establishment also includes a
I had high expectations when I read the reviews on TripAdvisor, but I regret spending a cent at that restaurant. Firstly, I ordered calamari fritti as a starter, but our main course arrived before the starters! Outrageous! Secondly, I had to eat a well done rib-eye steak (which I ordered medium rare). Not to mention the flat soft drinks we ordered. Thirdly, in the restaurant it was extremely hot (do not think they actually turn on the ac). I am very disappointed in terms of both food and service. I was planning on organizing a staff party in December but I will definitely not go there again.

Exquisite Mediterranean cuisine
The staff was very nice and funny. The waiter explained the available dishes in detail. The service was like in a sophisticated restaurant. The truffle ravioli, a dish of the day, tasted really awesome! The restaurant is near the Gozo harbour with a nice view - but only from inside.

Visited for dinner twice this holiday. I had wild boar fillet wrapped in pancetta first time and grilled Octopus on the second occasion. Both were fantastic and personally recommended by the waiters who possessed an intimate knowledge of the dishes and that they were both gluten free. My wifeâs two choices were also perfect for her.The food, service and value were beyond expectation, a throughly enjoyable experience for us both.
