When ever we visit Xylokastro the specific restaurant is one of these that we eat no matter what! As always the food was extremely tasty and qualitative. Very traditional Greek tastes that will leave even the most difficult client happy. The staff is extremely helpful and the prices are really good for the quantity and the quality of the food served. A must restaurant!

We ate here as a group of four adults and two children. The fish was delicious and the spicy cheese dip made a nice starter. It's a good place to eat and watch the sun set.

good meatballs, calamari, zucchini fritters, tomato fritters and the horta [greek greens salad], really loved the horta! we ate there three times and everything was decent [except the mystery meat kebab which I suggest you avoid]. the octopus was fine though a less generous than other dishes. the only busy place in low season, full of locals which is always a good sign. Our favourite place in Xylokastro.

Right on the seafront facing the sea this is a place to sit , relax and enjoy the fantastic view of the Gulf of Corinth and the greek mainland on the other side...Very good service for the few drinks that we had. Next time we will have dinner at this very particular eatery.

"Mouragio" is a Greek poetic word which describes the place where small fishing boats anchored to rest and clean their fishing nets after a tiring night... At the same anchorage, our customers enjoy Corinthian Gulf's generosity, which daily offers us fres
If you want to eat really fresh fish and other greek specialities, you have to visit this restaurant: excellent food, very nice service, friendly staff, in front of the sea in the centre of xylokastron, very reasonable prices.

Usual to greeks are special easter dishes served right after church service, around midnight and this was our choise at this eatery...Packed full with starving guests yet service was fine, and food was just perfect... The fixed price per person for a 4 course dinner including the special Easter soup, was 25 euros plus drinks...which was not bad for the quality and quantity served...

Navarino is situated right on the water front. We had dinner there on a windy evening with waves crashing right next to us, which was fantastic. The dinner itself was a amongst the top 3 that we have had in the area. In addition to this there was selection of good quality house wine, which is unfortunately rare in Greece. We liked the decoration and the music (jazz and swing played softly). But the best part was that there was a diaper changing table in the bathroom! Baby-friendliness is not a given in restaurants and public places in general and we very positively impressed by this touch!
