We had a nice evening, but we had multiple problems that canât be ignored. Our waitress was polite and very upbeat, actually happier than seemed natural. Despite her jolly demeanor, she had a lot of trouble providing good service. We had problems getting water, food, cocktails, and table cleanup without a spill across the table. She delivered plates while carrying drinks pinned against her body She was limping badly, so maybe that was a factor in both her poor service and crazed smile. We were there one hour before we got our entrees, two of which were cold. Pot stickers appetizer seemed under cooked. Sauces were probably made with artificial thickeners. I give credit to management that stepped in to get our drinks and reheat food. All the problems could be solved with new employees in the kitchen and dining room. This place needs an intervention. It could be a very nice place with better employees. Hello,Our goal is to provide excellent food and service. Weâre sorry we let you down. Very clean restaurant, the staff is very friendly and attentive! The food is very good. Mostly fresh due to the volume of people. There is a good general selection of seafood available. Fish, Crabs, Crab Legs, Soups, Salad, Dessert, etc... Price is a bit high, but it is a high-end buffet.Overall, this is a nice treat restaurant I will continue to enjoy for along time in the future.

My wife and I ate here our first night in Williamsburg. Sat outside and enjoyed the night while we relaxed from a five-hour drive form NC. There is a great selection of craft beers and food (seafood, chicken, etc.). Our food came in a timely manner. It was very tasty. Our server even helped me decide on an alternative when the primary beverage I desired was out of stock. Would return again when visiting the local area.

Not much has changed since George Washington frequented Christiana Campbellâs Tavern for its delicious seafood in the 18th century. Lively conversation and learned discussion still abound, and todayâs menu items could easily have been ordered by our found
An outstanding and accessible location right at Colonial Williamburg, Castle bus stop. The menu is wonderful specializing in seafood but with many other options. Please make a reservation as this place is very popular. The taste was wonderful and the service excellent. I was surprised that my wait staff and I had the same mind so often.

We were on vacation coming from Wisconsin. The Old Fashioned drink was made just like someone from WI made it! The French onion soups and clam chowder were delicious. My 10 yr old daughter who is a picky eater loved the clam chowder soup! I had a three course meal of house salad, shrimp scampi, and pecan pie - I thought the price was very reasonable ($38) back home a three course meal like this would have been way more. My daughter had the 10oz New York Strip which had great flavor and little chewy parts (she ate it all), my son had the fried shrimp which he thought was amazing, and my husband had the seafood platter which he thought was amazing. By far, the shrimp is the best here in Virginia. Our waiter, Julian, was very accommodating and handled our "dinner etiquette" humor very well. We've never experienced sherbet in between salads and main course before to "clean our pallet", so this was delightful! Our dinner was very delightful and would love to come back for more!

Great seafood restaurant with plenty of choices. Don, our waiter, was spot on with the fresh specials of the day. We came back several times during our visit to Williamsburg. Seating and accommodations are comfortable with the option to dine outside with ample cover and heated lamps. Staff encouraged staying as long as you wish. Highly recommend.
