Greek Restaurant With Authentic Dishes From Traditional To Modern Ones. Our Motto Is To Serve Fine Food With Good Service In Greek Modern Atmosphere.
Last weekend we decided last moment to go to Leiden for a day. Normally we like to prepare and see what restaurant to eat at. This time we chose last moment for Rodos (also because some others were closed) and we were positively surprised! The restaurant is very beautiful, cozy but modern at the same time. As it was calm in the restaurant (we arrived around 14.00) the service was amazing and very personal. We had a nice chat with the waiter and (I think) the owner. The food, just great! I can recommend for lunch to take three dishes. We were with two persons (a couple) and took salmon with pita, souvlaki with pita and a kind of pizza/pita with feta cheese. Great choice and we really enjoyed our lunch. Would always recommend to go here when you are in Leiden.

As an Italian gourmet traveling abroad very frequently, it's always a great pleasure to scout authentic Italian restaurants that make me feel like at home!Vito (the chef) and his friendly staff of waitress transported me back to Italy, both in terms of exquisite good and warm hospitality!I enjoyed a delicious bruschetta with prawn and mushroom as a pre starter, then a mixed antipasto with outstanding fried calamari and real buffalo mozzarella among other things. As a first course I tried both the tagliatelle alla crema al terrific prepared flambe in the cheese crust (very good) and the paccheri with a genuinely home made ragu (just like my mother's!!!!!)Second course was a great tagliata (entrecote medium rare tender and super tasty) combined with some tasty crostini with pecorino cheese and stirred chicory.Excellent Sicilian dry zubibbo for the starters and then an outstanding red wine from Verona (Ogno) pairing the entrecote."Complimenti"and just keep it up this way!

We had dinner at Floris V last week and selected the 3 course menu. The entree was tuna, prepared in 3 different ways. Superb. The main course was deer. Superb again. Last but not least: the desert: a.o. a chocolate cake filled with warm succulent dark chocolate. Superb again!

High class service, topfood served in a fine, relaxed atmosphere. Established in 1997, more than twenty years Leiden's finest!
A great restaurant offering high end food at reasonable prices. We did the â¬80 a head mid week meal not realising that this also included a flight of wines to pair with every course. Water and coffee was complimentary which really gave an overall feeling of exemplary service. Food fantastic and service great and price reasonable. What more can you ask for!Definitely will be going back

We went here for dinner with my parents. The food was really excellent, we had the seasonal 3 course dinner, with crab rolls, calf and a nice dessert. We sat in the serre and had a nice view towards the canal. Service was very friendly. I can really recommend this restaurant for a fine dinner. It is not cheap (almost 40 ⬠for 3 courses), but worth it.

Tucked away between shops, situated at a junction opposite the Village Hall, is where you will find this restaurant. Pleasantly decorated in blue and white, as the Greeks are known for, its atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. It is always busy, more so due to the freshly cooked food!! The 20 minute wait is well worth it. The menu offers a wide choice and is reasonably priced. The owner and his staff are very service oriented which adds another feather to his cap.

Restaurant Allemansgeest nestled amongst the country on a unique location along the Vliet in Voorschoten. The history-rich restaurant is housed in a listed building and has recently been completely modernized and tastefully contemporary. There is a large
Celebrating my birthday with good friends. Weather was at it's best so we had a glass of bubbly outside in the garden. We had a 4-course set menu, and they substituted one starter without hesitation. Portions were surprisingly large for such a place. The gravlax was a whole piece of fish, a centimeters thick, the main beef steak had several pieces, but dishes were well paced so you have time to digest. A special dessert was a funny surprise, sitting on top of dry ice in water with the nice " live clouds/mist effect" on the table. A very enjoyable evening with professional service and very reasonable prices. One of the better places in the Leiden area.

The restaurant was pretty empty on a Sunday evening, what we didn't mind a lot. The waitress was friendly and the ambient was rather fine. The prices on the meals were high, but I guess the ingredients and high quality is worth it. I can highly recommend the Tuna Steak, it comes with pickled vegetables and tomato sauce.
