Restobar located on a dock over the sea. Breathtaking views, great vibes, delicious food and drinks. The only place on the island serving honduran craft beer on tap. Live music events happening weekly. Customers can elso get in the crystal clear and shall
We had dinner here one night. It's on the water, nicely furnished with typical Utila ambiance. Nice selection of food but our fish was a little bland and lacking in spice.

Relapse is one of many the many pier restaurants on Utila. During our visit we ate here several times. We liked it because it is out on the water with a good breeze. The service was good, they made an effort to prepare our cocktails the way we liked them and the food was good.
Hang out on the beach, relax in a hammock on our dock, or chill out in one of our floaties in the ocean with some delicious Cajun food and an ice cold drink. Also a great spot for to snorkel and admire the beautiful Utila sunsets!
When we were here the chef was in Maine (interesting, since it is FREEZING cold in Maine right now). The only food they had was nice, little, baked empanadas. The setting with a pier that is easy to snorkel from, is a huge part of the charm, as are the locals and expats who show up for chatting

Mario's Place - not to be confused with Tipico Mario's next door - has a long list of fish and seafood-related dishes and daily specials. While not *super* cheap, it is more affordable than other seafood restaurants in the island, and the food is incredible. I ordered the fish soup; it was similar to Thai coconut milk soup with big chunks of meaty fish and potatoes, served with a side of rice and a lime wedge. Their rum drinks are great as well! Friendly service and chill atmosphere.

Restaurant El Castillo is Located in Cola del Mico Road, Utila. 2 minutes walk up the hill from Mango Inn. Whenever you like to relax after a long day of diving with friends here is the spot, the light back ground music and the peaceful atmosphere takes y
It's not open every night, it doesn't have a million things on the menu, it's slightly off the main road, it's small...... These are all reasons El Castillo stands out and above from the majority of restaurants on the island of Utila. You are not going to find a $5 meal here but you will have great service, menus put together that day with the freshest locally sourced (and in most cases reared by the owners) ingredients. After spending a few days hitting and missing at overpriced, crappy burgers and tasteless salads all with lackluster service on the island, you'll look back on your dinner at El Castillo as a culinary highlight of your trip to Utila. Not rushed, not loud, attentive, ambient, enjoyable and highly recommended.

Beautiful restaurant by the sea, serving mediterranean and international food. Homemade pastas and desserts, good premium liquor cocktails. Tuesdays is Tapas night! Sundays is Eggs Benedicts!
We went on Tuesday Tapas night and were really pleasantly surprised. The place was packed at 5.30pm, wasn't expecting that, we should have made a reservation.Between the 4 of us we probably ate our way through 3/4 of the tapas on offer and they were all good, some were great! The owner Monica was delightful and so were the gin and tonics she made us. Better than anything you could find in a big city on the mainland ....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!

Living in Texas and Kansas City, I know Bar B Que! R J's is up there at the top; but be aware, only open 3 nights a week. A meat lovers paradise!

Opened March 2013. The setting is spectacular - right on the beach, just steps away from our 190-foot pier and offering magnificent mountain and sunset views. The tantalizing menu will feature favorites like: Wings, Jambalaya, Fish tacos, Angus Burgers, S
I'd wish to do a full service promotion, with considerable justice to this amazing sun-lit location, with a seat at the table and a very clear beachside. The waves roll in whilst one observes a heavenly view. Once figuring how to arrive at this location, step inside, place your order, then step outside again to a shady table, a beach chair, or hop in the water with your mask, fins and snorkel. Whatever you do, relax. Yet, before you know it, your order is in front of you. Enjoy it! Continue to relax, and afterwards scout around. There are places to stay, beach to hike and remember that the reef is so close to the sandy bottom that one has eyefuls to capture. I might suggest taking along a water-ready camera and writing slate with a good writing pencil. Watch your time because it will slip by in the excitement. The water temps are usually 78-80 degrees F. Adjust you times in the water to stay comfortable. There's usually plenty of sunshine to rewarm your core. I can absolutely do this all day long whilst experiencing fulfillment and discovery. This is one of many sites surrounding Utila with enriching views along the edge of the sea. This is one of my favorites . . .
