Fresh fish and Seafood, prepared according to the tradition of the Italian cuisine matched with the go of our fresh home made pasta
This restaurant is a bit pricey but well worth it. Every dish we ordered from mixed salad to seafood pasta, calamari and sea bass a-la-putanesca was excellent. Authentic, clean and natural tastes that mix nicely with their rich wine selection. Nice plus is the location overlooking a volcanic rock bay with a beautiful view of sunsets.

Absolutely adored this place. We walked past it, and the queues every day, but on a Tuesday lunch time (early - we went about 1pm to skip the queues) we finally ventured in.It's true that it's a unique dining experience- you literally go up and point at a fish! But it's so worth it! A few tips that I read before going, just ask for salad (simple and with tuna, which is common in Spain but not the UK) and potatoes. Both came before the fish, but no bother, there is an argument that the fish should be enjoyed as is. Secondly, a little Spanish language does help but they were accommodating when we embarrassingly slipped into spanglish. The fish was fantastic! It doesn't come boned, so maybe not for the faint hearted but it was so delicious. I heard there was an excellent chocolate cake for dessert, but couldn't find it, my husband had the tiramisu which was a bit so-so but he liked it. We also had a baby with us, I have to be honest, I have given up on baby changing loos in Spain, but what it lacks in facilities it makes up for with warmth. The ladies coo-ed and aww-ed over our little man. Finally, it's excellent value for money! So overall, if you are a tourist, avoid rush hour (the Spanish eat later than us Brits, so go early!) Don't be afraid - we asked for "Blanco pescado" - white fish. Remember to ask for sides, I read a review where they didn't ask so didn't get. And enjoy! The food is amazing, and in my opinion, the staff were lovely - but, and I can't stress this enough, we ate early so had exceptional service. It is incredibly (and rightly) popular, I suspect at a later time it might have been a bit slower.

Bar pub with amazing views of Las Canteras beach and outside terrace. Playground on the sand. Varied menu and daily menu. Speciality on Backed leg lamb and Paella (by order on the bar or phone previously). Vegan food. Beers and cocktails. Every TUESDAY an
Lovely meal in a great area next to the beach. My girlfriend is gluten intolerant and the waiter was very helpful in finding which meals she is able to eat. Unfortunately she forgot to tell him she was also addicted to garlic and when the meal came out it was full of garlic sauce! The waiter was fantastic and he went in and changed it for her and they cooked a new dish with no garlic. 10/10 for service!

We were looking for a good seafood restaurant and La Lonja was well reviewed. We were not disappointed! We order tuna, mussels and prawns and each dish was perfection. The mussels were tender and juicy and extremely well cooked. Although the menu isnât huge what they do offer is really really good. Service was friendly and efficient as well. Definitely to be recommended!
