Reviews on Seafood food in Tadoussac, Quebec, Canada. Tiny Tadoussac, a Quebecois village of fewer than 900 inhabitants on the St. Lawrence River, is renowned as a whale watching destination. Tours are readily available to see the vast creatures feast on krill in the St. Lawrence and to explore the stunning Saguenay fjord, but you can often spot whales from the shore. The oldest surviving French settlement in the Americas, Tadoussac has a slew of national parks within easy reach. There is a frequent free ferry service across the Saguenay River.

Went at 7pm and place was deserted. But decided to give it a try. Sat in veranda in nice whicker chairs had a lovely meal, bison was excellent. By time we left there were a couple more covers. Waiter said they had 80 covers day before so we looked again the following night still dead. However despite the quietness it was good.

We were looking for a pleasant, tasty lunch before going on an afternoon whale-watching excursion and this place was just perfect. The staff were pleasant and the prices were fair. We had the full lunch with soup and dessert and it satiated us until after our excursion. We both had seafood and pasta entrees.
