I have been associated with the owners of this location for a very long time. He and his brother also own four other locations. They seafood is always fresh and prices are affordable. If you like fried shrimp or catfish this is your place to buy it. Mouth watering shrimp and fish are seasoned to perfection.Same great taste at all locations.

Let me start off by saying that when you first walk in, the Skyline Club gives an aura of quiet luxury. The dim lighting, the tasteful settings, the soft music amidst gentle chatter (guests in the dining room are not allowed to talk on their phones). But that's it. If you believe that that quiet elegance extends to the chef, you'd be oh so wrong! Oh my gosh yuck! Never in my life have I sampled such disgusting fare masquerading as an elegant meal. I think that's what was most upsetting - the presentation wasn't half bad but no no no no, the food, eeeeeyuck! The tomato soup - picture turning a can of thick tomato purée into a bowl and heating it in a microwave. I didn't even know how to eat that - my spoon stood up in it for God's sake! The asparagus bitter. Yuck! The coffee cold. The ambience and the wait staff made it a comfortable evening but stay away from the food!

I have been going here for more than a decade because of the consistent food quality. They make excellent sushi and do it relatively quickly at a reasonable price. The new space so far is disappointing though. The flow between ordering, paying, sitting, getting served.....it is a mess. They need to completely rethink the process and make better signs. Looks like they tried to build out the interior "on the cheap" instead of making it comfortable and inviting.Next time I will order to go or just grab pre-made sushi.

The food was good not great. My fish was fresh and crispy, but the fries were a little overcooked & coleslaw was soggy.Sorry you weren't totally satisfied. Hope you come back and give us another try! If you aren't 100% happy with your meal please let a manager know, as we are happy to talk to you.

our party of 7 attended on Fri. May 10 at 7 PM. The place was half empty even though there were hundreds of out-of-town folks in town for the large grad ceremonies at the nearby Lawrence University. Although are meals were OK they were overpriced-- EG's $28 for 10 oz. prime rib that had NO vegetable, just mashed potato and $9.50 for a simple cocktail. There were no tablecloths, no candles & a dated dining room & washrooms. This is NOT a fine dining restaurant but charges fine dining prices.

The service and food are very consistent and enjoyable in an intimate location. Outside seating during the warmer months are well worth a little wait, but inside is enjoyable as well. There are many worthwhile dishes...go with what you would normally want and it is likely to be delicious.
