Enjoyed a spontaneous business meal at the Cayo. We arrived around 6:30 p.m. on a Wednesday evening (no reservation), and were immediately seated. Spanish is (appropriately) the primary language spoken here, though I was able to secure an English menu. As noted by other reviewers, the prime dish is whole fried red snapper. I've consumed my share of whole fried fish throughout the Caribbean over the last three decades, and found this one to be one of the best. Crispy, hot, not oily, in a word - fabulous. For those of you familiar with the Jamaican style scotch bonnet pepper dressing, this is not it. The fish speaks for itself, sans the pepper sauce. I'm old school, and enjoyed rice and beans sides. The beans are to die for, perfect combination of tomato and spice. Don't miss them. The restaurant seemed to have birthday celebrations, business meals, and couples blended together, and I found somehow it worked. I'm returning to PR in August, and am already making plans to return.

Cayo Blanco Restaurant in the heart of Condado in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Serve local caribbean seafood and steaks. Great Cocktails and attractive ambience.
So much good about this restaurant! Great service and thehe food was truly excellent; extremely fresh seafood. The drinks, though... oh, so sweet. One cocktail was too much for me, but the food and service more than made up for this. Great location and highly recommended by our hotel concierge. Well done

This is the place to eat authentic Peruvian ceviche. For an appetizer try the crispy fried calamari with spicy cream dip. Then try the mixed ceviche with home made large âtostonesâ which is authentic and fabulous. All this in a friendly environment.

Pani Agua is a Puerto Rican and Caribbean Restaurant and Hookah Bar. Come have a drink - we recommend the champagne mojito, smoke some hookah in our Hookah Lounge in San Juan and have some great caribbean (puerto rican and caribbean food).

Located in the Placita de Santurce, the local farmers' market in the heart of San Juan and a very popular Friday night hangout among the locals.
Went to the new location in Ashford Avenue. Appetizers were ok. Dinner a total disaster, 5 of 6 entrees we ordered had excessive amounts of heart attack and stroke inducing salt. Total disappointment. Bar was ill equipped to mix cocktails, missing common staples as ginger beer. Simple drinks such as grapefruit with vodka in small glasses at $12 are highway robbery. Was a regular at old location in La Placita, but will not go again to this one.

We tried many Pina coladas in San Juan. This one is the best. The servers and bar tenders were so nice too. Thank you.

Let's see. Spendy relative to PR. Really bad service. Staff is rude and more interested in chatting with each other than working. My daughter and I both speak Spanish and have found that using it and a smile usually goes a long way to making things pleasant. Not here. Maybe it's lousy management. Maybe they are used to a somewhat captive audience with tour boat folks. I don't know and don't care. There are better places to go.

Everything was wonderful from the ambiance, to the service, to the food. Our waitress, Paola, was great! She was super sweet, attentive, and a great guide through our dining experience.
