Very cold welcome. We ask for the menu, waitress said itâs there on the board. We ask for a particular seafood salad waitress said itâs out of stock. We ordered a grilled tuna with tamarind sauce, the sauce was good but tuna (10 euros)tasteless and we also ordered an octopus salade it was like rubber. Will never go there again.

Bassanio remains the best spot around St François. The only restaurant with a consistently good service, a menu that has variety and great tastes. The prices are raising as the clientele increase, leaving him vulnerable to the future competition.Worth a visit, especially for the crispy calamari with it's tempura crisp, still priced fairly.

What a humble little place!! Excellent seafood well prepared and served in a peaceful environment. Chilled beer and attention to gastronomical details. Be surprised by the desert.Hard to find as one can easily overlook the sign.
We are a social business with 10 staff. We offer fresh seafood from the lagoon. The resto is eco-friendly, with a sea view where guests can enjoy the authentic Rodriguan hospitality in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.Fresh, quality food is cooked on s
My girlfriend and I were staying nearby, just a minute or so on the scooter - boy, was that fun - from Le Pandanus. We are so glad we found out about this place. We came a couple times for dinner, once for lunch, and once for breakfast and every time the food was fantastic. Easily the best breakfast we had over the course of our 2 1/2 week trip to Mauritius and Rodrigues. The girl who waited on nearly every time - because her colleague was on vacation - could not have been friendlier. And the shop inside is also well worth visiting (we bought a couple of hats).HiWe are very happy that you enjoyed your visit to Le Pandanus. Thank you for your kind words and encouragement. Hope to see you again.RegardsChristian Leopold
