Iâve visit the restaurant for celebrated my birthday:)The restaurant is on 54th floor of Centara grand hotel.Beer & John & Alexis were very nice, friendly and helpful. We order Gambas & El Pulpo for our appetizer and these are very delicious. For paella we choose Uno Mas which is the same name as the restaurant and these one I really recommended, the taste was amazing and all the seafood (shrimp, squid and including yellow baby chicken) and so fresh.Lovely restaurant, recommended:)Dear Tripadvisor Reviewer. We had a reservation at Praya Kitchen. We arrived a bit early and then waited for 10 minutes while the hostess, Sain, was on the phone and waving her hand in our faces. We tried to get the attention of another member of staff who only redirected us to Sain - still on the phone - who refused to acknowledge us or serve us. We were there for a birthday and honestly our night was ruined. Horrible service.

My colleague and I spent last Friday evening at The luxury collection Where should I start about this amazing experience? The place its luxury. One of the best buffet restaurants in Bangkok. Although it is a bit tricky to find some sections (bread and fruits) as they are kinda hidden, the restaurant is beautifully decorated with chic vibe. There is wide variety of food, both Western and Eastern to choose from with an amazing salad bar. Unlimited delicious fresh oysters and sashimi. However, some cooked foods are dried. Foie gras that I had seemed to be already prepared for some time before serving even though they were kinda made to order. Roasted beef and duck were left dried as well. The taste of all the food was there though. The highlight for me is desserts section. Usually I find desserts at buffet restaurants in hotels are quite low quality, but here, at Flavors, the desserts are scrumptious! Without doubts, the service was great. We had a good breakfast here. There are variety of local food with international food being offered here too. The room is huge so no need to worry about finding a seat. #kelvin is the staff that waited on us. Food was above average, you could tell quality was good. Price was expected of a hotel restaurant. As regular visitors to the JW Marriott Hotel,in Bangkok, we have of course also visited the restaurant Nami Teppanyaki Steakhouse. A traditional Nami Teppanyaki Steakhouse with a great culinary team.The team really makes culinary delights, "works of art", all with perfectly prepared cuts of meat grilled and served Japanese-style.
